A friend of mine thinks that any hope of NFA reform has been stalled for atleast a decade. And that these suggested laws will be used in attempt to eradicate the upcoming generation of gun owners

If the anti-gun initiative passes in my state (Washington) this November you will be able to train kids, under certain conditions, but not adults if the trainer provides the firearms. The student will have to bring their own gun. If I HAND an ADULT student a gun without doing a 4473 it is a crime. Second offense (handing it back without doing a 4473)is a felony.
So much for bringing a bunch of different guns for students to try.
