I’m about a third of the way through the fourth installment in the ‘trilogy’…
I wanted to take a minute to thank all those who’ve bought both paperback and e-book copies of the books. I appreciate your parting with hard-earned dollars on an ‘unknown’ author.
The books continue to dribble out, and I did see a good bump in sales over the Labor Day Weekend, thanks to multiple folks pushing a group of books that we all discounted.
I could use more reviews (HONEST reviews please) on both Payback and Changes, if anyone is so inclined.
The other thing I want to do is to share with you what I’ve spent your hard earned dollars on, once I got all the bills paid on the books (editing, covers, ‘free’ copies for folks)…
I stumbled on this little beauty Saturday, and thought it was very appropriate…
It’s a third generation 1980 SAA Army, in .357 (one of 500 according to what I’ve been able to research)Β
And it’s a real Colt, not a copy!
It has the original box, paperwork and it’s unfired! Other than the money donated to various causes, I couldn’t think of a better use for what little I’ve made from the books.
Thank you again. I truly appreciate it!!!
Very nice iron.
Jim;
If we ever have the fortune to meet, I want to fondle my 0.003% of that pretty pony.
Nice catch there.
At least the profits are going to the “Society for the Obtaining and Preservation of Fine Firearms”.
A fine cause π
Great Find indeed
Another firearm ‘rescue’ from potentially unworthy hands!!!
“Iβm about a third of the way through the fourth installment in the βtrilogyβ”
YEAH!!! π
Very pretty and shiny! Looks like a worthy way to spend your hard-earned dollars. Willing to bet one of those 500 is in John Cronin’s gun safe…
Suz
Okay….so, sense, I helped, that means I get to shoot it, right? Right!?!?
That’s one beautiful shootin’ iron. Great find!
‘Skeeter’ approves most enthusiastically. (Charles Skelton to those youngsters who have no idea who I speak of).
If it’s unfired, how do you know it works?
It was indeed a good way to spend your hard earned bucks, very nice.
Leon- That it is! π
Roger- We can do that!
Ed/Rick/LL- Agreed!
Suz- LOL, it’d actually be too new… π
SPE- We’ll talk… π
Rev- Thanks!
j.r.- “I” knew who you were talking about, great writer!!!
6shots- It clicks four times, and the hammer falls… π No funky interlocks, or any of that stuff…
“Our” money was well-spent. I approve. π
And I remember Skeeter, too.
Ohhhhhh….SHINY!
And I just got started on “Changes” the other day.
GR6- Thanks!
drjim- Yep, the shiniest one I’ve ever owned… Hope you like it!
“Unfired?”
How long is that gonna last?
She’s beautiful, please take care of her.
Gorgeous, even though I’m not a fan of the caliber I’d be happy to trade!
Happy to see you gett’n a shiny virgin one for a change…
OMG… just realized how that comment reads.. foot>mouth!

Senior- Planning on it!
