Since the Dems don’t have a clue what to do about Palin, and Biden has already inserted both feet a couple of times, this little tidbit is gaining validity… One wonders if the Dems are REALLY that desperate???
The Grapevine says…
On or about October 5th, Biden will excuse himself from the ticket, citing health problems, and he will be replaced by Hillary.
This is timed to occur after the VP debate on 10/2. There have been talks all weekend about how to proceed with this info.
Generally, the feeling is that we should all go ahead and get it out there to as many blog sites and personal email lists as is possible. I have already seen a few short blurbs about this – the “health problem” cited in those articles was an aneurysm.
Probably many of you have heard the similar rumblings. One wonders if this Obama strategy will be a go???
If it is, it seems that the best strategy is to get out in front of this Obama maneuver, spell it out in detail, and thereby expose it for the grand manipulation it is…
This all may be the fevered rantings of some overheated libs, but it should be interesting to watch…

I was wondering if he was purposely inserting foot in mouth and then excusing himself from the ticket as someone who is “not worthy”. His discussion of Hillary as the better VP candidate is a good example of how that argument could be started. Likewise, it would give him an out: “I shouldn’t be on this ticket, Hillary should; therefore, I am stepping down…”
The illness slant is interesting, but sound a lot like NJ politics. Eerily, so.

Great read and infuriating. I read something over the weekend (and heard something over the late summer) that Greenspan is culpable, too. Maybe all of his warnings were meant to protect the U.S., but also his legacy. Just a thought.
re: biden, nah, i think it will be “discovered” in the near future that obama’s birth certificate is a fake, which will disqualify him and hillary will step in as candidate … but given that i don’t live in the US and have limited knowledge about how things work over there, this will probably never happen 🙂

As you know, the flies were BAD… As for the birth cert issue, I cannot believe anyone would be that stupid… However, this IS U.S. politics! Oh, Joe! Those nasty snow storms and whirling helicopter blades create a issue for hair plugs don’t they? Yeah, watch out. i think she probably would, wyatt, as it shows that she “stepped in in time of need” (which will look good in 2012) … even if the Dems don’t win this year.
