Here We Go Again???

Okay, got this from a relative down in South Texas, and it TRULY makes me wonder if this administration has totally lost control…

First we have the Gunwalker scandal… and now a defacto plan to ‘dismiss’ ICE deportation cases in Houston and other areas to ‘target’ higher profile cases.

They had them in jail/detention for a REASON, and the lawyers in DC decide to let them go???  WTF???  And, they lied to Congress and the public…

From the Houston Chronicle today- You can read the entire article HERE.

Homeland Security officials misled the public and Congress last year in an effort to downplay a wave of immigration case dismissals in Houston and other cities amid accusations that they had created a “back-door amnesty,” newly released records show.
The records, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, include a series of internal memos from Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s chief counsel in Houston dated last August ordering attorneys to review all new, incoming cases and thousands already pending on the immigration court docket and to file paperwork to dismiss any that did not meet the agency’s “top priorities.” (Read the documents provided by the federal officials in response to a FOIA request here.)
Now what the hell did I do with my blood pressure medicine… I’m gonna need it…

Another interesting thing, it seems like the MSM is by and large ignoring this set of ‘issues’ just like they have Gunwalker…

Is it just me, or are the DOJ, DHS, and the whole damn bunch in this administration just determined to do everything in their power to undercut America???

  1. “Is it just me, or are the DOJ, DHS, and the whole damn bunch in this administration just determined to do everything in their power to undercut America???”

Well, if it’s your imagination, then mine is tuned to the same line of thought. I’m seeing that everywhere I look these days…it’s the new American way??

  2. Ah, but you made the assumption that the powers that be were ever IN control. I think that they are firmly in control in matters that they have a interest in like social agenda and control, but when it comes to crisis management they are woefully unable to deal with it.

Hopefully America will come to it’s senses in 2012 and throw the bums out.

  3. Another day, another scandal. But the mainstream media is too busy helping the Obamas (Michelle said so) to find the time to report on such things. Scandals and ethics cases will only become headline news again in 2013 when a Republican administration takes over.

  4. makes me wonder if this administration has totally lost control…

    Lost control?! BwaHaHaHA!
    GOT Control! You understand?
    BHO won! Remember?
This is how Chicago Pols work.

You folks not from around here might have trouble understandin’ that.
    Lemme ‘splain …
The annointed ones DO WHAT THEY WANT.
    It was a mandate! Remember?
We peons need to just STFU and take it.

The best advice I can give ya to understand this is to watch this vid … http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOvH-7lcjb0&feature=related

  5. My friend, the situation shows something about our president, his administration, and their good friends in Congress. It shows they understand something very well indeed.

There is no check on their power but shame and honor, and of those they pay no mind at all.

Who will tell the President ‘NO’ when he orders something by executive decree? Congress? How many divisions do they have?

If you or I run a stop sign or burgle a bank, there is a system in place to deal with that… and us. If the President burgles a nation and forcibly buggers a whole people….. there is no system in place to deal with that, excepting the ‘voters’ every few years.

Lets face reality, as no doubt Chicago mob politician Obama has…. he can do whatever he pleases, for whatever reason he pleases, whenever he pleases…. and no one can stop him.

No one but himself; His own conscience, shame, and honor. Of those, none have voice anymore. He is ‘regal’, his every word law, and his every whim right by definition of being his.

  6. Ditto everything everybody else has said. They had them. They are illegal. D.C. used to plunk their homeless on buses and send them to the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore, surely illegal’s butts can be bused from Houston back across the border. Not that it matters – they know how easy it is to come right back over.

Darned inconvenient for the gummit to be asked to do it’s job and stay out of things that ain’t its job.

  7. If this and the fiasco of a gunrunning charade were widely reported and complained about the majority blue collar fed up pissed off public might do more than up the amount of permit holders and vote the long seated windbags out. We might get violent. Better to avoid that. Arrrrgggggggg. Some things simply make me want to forget my Southern-bred manners.

  8. Kirk/Robert/Keads/Rev/WSF- Thanks…

  9. This is what you get when the freeloader populace of the United States is able to elected America-haters into the most powerful offices in the land.

It’s also why I favor having PROOF that you either have a job, are retired from a job, or are attending high school or college full-time before you’re allowed to vote on State or National ballots.

I also favor only property owners being able to vote on property tax issues, increases, bonds, etc.

Why should someone in freaking Section 8 housing be allowed to vote in favor of taking more of MY hard-earned money to benefit her lazy-assed ways?

Probably ought to stop. Blood pressure is going up. Have to see the AME this month to renew the medical.

    Calm thoughts. . . sooooothing thoughts. Calm. . .

  10. In my e-mail box this morning from a friend in Texas: “Fathom the odd hypocrisy that the government wants every citizen to prove they are insured, but people don’t have to prove they are citizens.”

  11. In the history of the United States, we may never had had such a corrupt administration.

And in my view, the problem goes beyond corruption. We have traitors in high places!
