I don’t know if this is available on the ‘pad, but my tablet has a very good, speech-to-text routine that I’ve used. Yes, some editing is required but not nearly as much as I expected. I did a lot of work with Speech-to-Text when I still worked at Sprint. It wasn’t ready for prime time then, but the progress since is astounding.
