Chick-Fil-A…

Couldn’t make it yesterday (no parking, drive throughs were too long), but went today at lunch at the Mall, wait was about 20 minutes, estimate 60-70 folks in line!  They were the busiest food place in the food court!

Chick-Fil-A… — 12 Comments

  1. Same here in town yesterday. Lines too long.

We will go back though and try again.

  2. I was in the same boat. There are no Chick-Fil-As close too me. According to the local radio and Fox station, all the Chick-Fil-As in the KC area were overwhelmed. Lines extended out into the street, some 40 cars long. One site wasn’t scheduled to open until today (Thursday). Some folks set up tents in a field next to the site and camped out until the restaurant opened.

Only the FOX TV station mentioned the event. All the others (ABC/NBC/CBS) were silent.

  3. I’m thinking I need dessert from there.

The left’s reaction to this is why I have come to hold them in contempt. Not even disagreement anymore – contempt.

  4. Same here. I was near the only one in the area, so I stopped in for lunch today. Only ~15 folks there then, but that was about 15 more than was at any other place in the “court”.

  5. Matt- They ARE getting a ton of support!

    Rev- Concur!

    Crucis- Interesting!

    PH- 🙂

DT- That’s good especially in YOUR area! 🙂

  6. The Chick-Fil-A at one of the local hospitals was busier than I’ve ever seen it. I spent my lunch money there too, just to say I approve of free thought & free speech.

Knowing so many supported that, it renews a tiny bit of my faith in American human beings.

  7. The law of unintended consequences bit Rahm, Bloomberg and the ObamaNation.

  8. The ones out here did a brisk business Wednesday and yesterday. Several people said that they do not agree with Mr. Cathy’s statement, but they really can’t stand being told not to eat at a place that has never done anything to anyone but serve a good piece of chicken.
