It’s turning into one of THOSE weeks… — 17 Comments
Yep, reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend yesterday:
Friend: “Sorry I’m late, I was just leaving and Michael was standing at my front door asking to borrow my chainsaw and spade”.
Me: “Did you offer him some lime too?”
All I can say is, tie a rope around the neck and drag it head first… less drag that way.
John (Coffeypot) is right- don’t behead the body before you drag it. It’s more work and you’re getting up in years. No need for extra exertion for the old airframe.
And your real friends are the ones who help you hide the bodies.
Julie- LOL, works for me…
CP- Didn’t know that… Been doing it rong for years… 😀
LL- NOW y’all tell me… sigh
Whoops! Way too early in the week for it to be going pear shaped on ya. Hang in there.
Is this type of activity even ALLOWED on “Terrific Tuesday”?
The “tripple S” could fix a multitued of problems . . . “Shoot, Shovel, Shut-up!”. Hang in there Jim!
And it’s only Tuesday!
High speed, low drag, stealth … still important factors, sir.
I’ll have to remember the walk in the woods part for calming while dragging a body.
Given the cost and scarcity of ammo, hope you used other methods.
Anne- True dat!
Keads- Tell me about it… sigh
Opus- One does what one must…
Bill- ROTF…
ADM- I know, I know.
Rev- Low drag it ain’t! 🙂
PH- 🙂
WSF- Point!
Oddly enough, my old Senior Chief started sending me out on range days (whether I needed the watchstanding quals or not!) when I’d been having ‘one of those weeks’.
Said I came back much more relaxed.
Scott- True, but that is NOT an option until I get home… sigh
