The ‘morning’ challenge…

IMG_1356

Trying to figure out the buttons, knobs and what turns on what was a 10 minute evolution, but at least I didn’t fry myself…

And all I wanted for breakfast was an omelet, not a fikkin masterpiece… ย I swear the chef took TEN minutes to make my little omelet and it did come out perfectly shaped and perfectly done, but then I had to wait another five minutes for him to brown the two pieces of english bacon into something I was actually willing to eat. ย Which meant everything else was cold…

Sigh… I know better…

Heading to the airport shortly for the final leg home! Yea!!!

  1. Road food can be good or bad (and frequently bad, but you already know that) … but nothing’s as good as getting home again. Travel safely, sir.

  2. Ask them for a Mo-Tex 5 egg Omelet Especial.

A regular 3 egg Ham and Cheddar Cheese omelet filled with:

3 strips of crisp country bacon, you know the thick stuff about 6 inches long.

2 eggs scrambled with swiss and cheddar cheese.

Before folding the omelet put the bacon and scrambled eggs in it, then fold it over.

Cover with very crisp shredded hash browns and melted cheddar cheese.

    Voila`
