And more meltdowns…

These are ‘sadly’ funny…

A visit from a plumber left ThinkProgress senior editor Ned Resnikoff “rattled” due to fear that the plumber may have voted for Donald Trump.

Full story, HERE. And there is one about grief from Fusion, HERE.

Then there is this…

As outgoing President Barack Obama plans to head off on vacation when he vacates the White House next week, his staffers and appointees are struggling to find work in Washington, D.C.

And the Hillaryites too… Article HERE.

I can’t help but wonder how many of them went ahead and signed leases for those high dollar apartments in Georgetown and NW DC… There goes their credit ratings too! LOL Now they will actually have to get real jobs and WORK!

In the YGTBSM department, Sen Leahy (D,VT) really DID ask Jeff Sessions if he would prosecute Pres-Elect Trump for grabbing a woman by her genitalia, HERE!!! Talk about cheap shots… And no Sessions couldn’t, that would take a special prosecutor…

And Al Franken using disproven comments from thirty years ago just proves how badly the Dems are ‘reaching’ to try to find something on Sessions… Funny how 8 years ago there wasn’t any of this crap, even though the Pubs lost.

And then there is At home and abroad, Obama’s trail of disasters, from the Boston Globe, HERE… THAT has to leave a mark, when a staunchly left leaning paper comes out with something like this!

And more meltdowns… — 12 Comments

  1. It’s quickly going from being entertaining to just pathetic. These are supposed to be stable, functioning adults. Yet all I see is a bunch of overgrown children who are throwing a temper tantrum because they didn’t get their participation trophy! Now it just seems that they are trying to one up each other to see who can be the most butthurt and get all the sympathy emojis on facebook.

“I clean my guns with the tears of liberals!” At this rate, we’ll be able to swab out the barrels of all the battleship floating museums and still have enough left over to distribute to the People of the Gun.

  2. I worked with a Jewish woman who saw Nazis behind every bush. I had to tell her on one trip the gentlemen were not skinheads, they were Marines from the base next to her hotel.

I felt bad for her. I don’t feel bad for the idiot columnist. I find his plight rather entertaining.

  3. Ray- Agreed! LOL on the swab out 16 inch barrels! 🙂

    Mrs.C- Yes it was!!!

    Randy- Exactly!

Gerry- Some people DO have valid reasons, based on their history. Others like the columnist, not so much (other than a hyperactive imagination)

  4. I also fear my plumber, but it’s because I dread his bill…

  5. Tim- Yeah, you and me both… sigh… Waiting for the plumber now…

    Rev- Oh.. Oh… BAD! 🙂

  6. The entire gnashing of teeth and tearing of garments attitudes are getting a bit old. Not that folks can’t feel loss for a change in direction in how they wanted the country to go, they can, but my persistent feeling is that every four years for roughly 200 years we have had presidential election, and at most, every eight years someone else wins. Nothing lasts forever, nothing!

If this sends folks into “profound depression”, then I guess these folks haven’t had many losses in their lives, or else they don’t have much of a life! I totally understand feeling upset at knowing your job is suddenly over…has happened to me a couple of times, there not being a great market for diabetes educators, especially in programs that can’t manage the financial parts correctly. And my ex-husband lost 6 jobs in the first 2 years we were married…he was in the photo development biz in the early 90″s and digital was coming on gang-busters…the local camera shops were closing up all over the place. But he found himself a job in another sector of the job market, thanks to a brother-in-law, and inside of 2 years was back in management.

These folks are going to have to tuck their pride into their pocket, take something at less than their current sky-high salary and begin over again. They may have to move back home to flyover country! Lots of folks have been there and done that. They may learn what reality really is, and what Obama’s legacy truly is.

Besides, if the plumber scares that columnist so badly, he can always get a book out of the library, and teach himself plumbing. Lots of homeowners do so to save money…it’s called DIY. He looked young enough to be able to figure it out. Us older folks hire someone as we can no longer contort ourselves into those small spaces anymore.

  7. Sen Sessions, while Attorney General of Alabama, got a KKK member convicted of murder, and saw that he was executed for his crime. This opened the way for the KKK to be sued. They lost and went bankrupt.

How many of his critics ever put their physical asses on the line? Probably zero. You can bet Sen Sessions was in mortal danger.

We need this sort of brave person as Attorney General.

  8. I am so sick of these people. It’s a good thing breathing is an automatic function because they are too dumb to do it on their own.
