While the first speaker was good, I thought Mr. Robinson knocked it out of the park. The council didn’t seem to be pleased, though the audience did.
You can almost sense the council members sitting there and mentally saying, “Yeah, but………”
Mr. Robinson understands how the world works, and he’s part of the majority – which is why President Trump was elected. The progs and freaks don’t understand what Mr. Robinson said – and the city council fidgets in their soft, overstuffed chairs.
Finally some common sense well said but to deaf ears, I’m afraid.

Yes, I’m Back, but there is something that I would like to suggest to ALL my fellow blogers.
Please disconcert the portion in your profile that calls for the Verification of the commentor by asking to click on Cars, Bus’es, Store Fronts, Street Sighs, or whatever.
This gets people very frustrated and makes then Not Want To Post On Your Blog at all.
I’m sure that you know what I mean. So kindly do it and I will do so in return

I don’t know about OldNFO but I know when it comes to my blog, I will not discontinue use of verification. It is bad enough I just allowed anonymous users to add comments to my blogposts. I got one yesterday ranting on and on about how Jews are the cause of all the evils in the world. Bad enough I have to preview all the comments and then delete trash like that from arsehats not even man enough to use their real name or even a sign-on and post anonymously instead; so, I certainly do not have nor want to make it easier for robotic spam to be added to my comments as well. Thus the use of the verification process, on my blog will remain in place. I think, most bloggers who use it probably do so for the same reason.
That guys been posting that everywhere, even my little blog.

So the City Council was not able to stop the Greensboro Gun Show, this time.

I played it for Rep Tim Walberg on the radio yesterday and he agreed he wouldn’t turn his in either.
