Book Promos…

First up this week is indie author Laura Montgomery. This is the first book in this trilogy.

As always, click the cover to go to it on Amazon.

The blurb-

Gilead Tan and Andrea Fielding survived their stint in the military, got married, signed up to emigrate to a terraformed colony world, and went into cold sleep for the journey from Earth. While they slept, the starship went through the wrong fold in space and settled for a different world, a wild world. Three centuries after the founding of a colony on the uncharted planet, Gilead awakens to find humanity slipped back to medieval tech and a feudal structure. Worse, the king who wants Gilead awake won’t let Gilead awaken his wife.

Next is David Tatum

The Blurb-

The Inari’s Children Series:
Once magic was plentiful and the world was dominated by a singular empire whose name has long been lost to history. In its time, the great wizard Inari developed his greatest creation: The kitsune. His enemies were quick to copy him, and soon the world was populated with many different types of this remarkable creature. Two thousand years later and these different breeds of kitsune are fighting amongst themselves, and the rest of the human world joins them.

Book I: The Kitsune Stratagem
To avoid being used as a political pawn against her father, a young kitsune vixen named Kieras must leave her homeland. She soon gets caught up in the fortunes of Mathis, a vagabond hunter from Ekholm, a once sleepy little town on the verge of becoming a small city. To find a way to return home, Kieras must first help Mathis save Ekholm from threats both inside and out.

Next up is Cyn Bagley this is the second book in her series

The blurb-

Owen Wulfe has a vendetta and he needs Mari Cantor to lead him to the man who kidnapped his nephew and killed his sister and her husband. Mari wants nothing to do with Owen or his revenge. In the meantime EJ is sent on a diplomatic mission to the werecat clowder as the Alpha’s representative. Of course nothing goes right.

Instead of cowboys, this Western world is filled with shapeshifters, trying to live in a world of humans.

And last, but not least, Tom Rogneby’s short story collection.

The blurb-

A princess in a high tower
A holy promise fulfilled
A hidden gift uncovered
A nation caught by surprise
These and other stories are waiting in “Escort Duty.”
Strap on your sword, march to the sound of the guns, and enjoy these tales!

Disclaimer, I was an alpha reader on this one, and really enjoyed the depth and breadth of stories, I think you will too!

Also, I’d like to thank those who’ve bought/read TGM- Generations. I truly appreciate your plunking down your hard earned money, and I also appreciate those who’ve left reviews!

As indie authors, we live and die by reviews. I always want honest reviews, simply because I know not everyone will like everything. Although I don’t particularly like one star reviews, I can learn from each review. And Amazon helps to push the book(s) once you get over 50 and 100 reviews. Each of those steps gives us, as authors, a wider push into the bigger ‘pond’ if you will, that is Amazon’s Kindle ocean. With something over 8 million books available, and an estimated 300 million users of Amazon, there MUST be a few folks out there that will like what I wrote! 🙂

Re Larry’s official alphabetical list of authors, HERE, I’m probably around an L or M… But at least I’m not a Z! LOL

  1. ‘Sleeping Duty’ sounds like it has the same theme as David Weber’s Safehold series or Heir’s of Empire…

  2. Jon- I think it might be similar. It’s on my to read list, but I haven’t gotten to it yet.
