Tanks for the memories…

My dogs are barkin, I’m sunburnt, and my back is killing me, but it was worth it!!!

Spent the day out at the American Wartime Museum open house yesterday, along with Murph, and readers Stretch a friend of his, Suzy, and Wandering Neurons and his lovely wife.

Needless to say, there was a LOT going on; not least of which were the reenactors, trucks, tanks, and lots of other stuff…

Here’s a tease, as I still have to sort through a bunch of video and stills to try to put something coherent up.

Even family members got into the reenacting… This young lady was dressed as a Red Cross worker.

And here’s a trivia question for y’all… What is it?

And what vehicle was this on???

More later after I get everything sorted out. Sorry…

In the mean time, this kinda tells you what kind of day it was, seeing WWII vets in their real uniforms, and current active duty Army and Marines giving and receiving salutes.
