Soooo…

We’ve got Ferguson looming, it’s colder than a well digger’s ass, and apparently Keystone got voted down by one vote last night (throwing Landrieu under the bus).  Three Americans were killed in Jerusalem, and everybody is waiting on the other shoe to drop on illegal immigration and amnesty…

Oh yeah, and Gruber… Sigh…

What in hell is going on???

The protesters in Ferguson are sending a list of DEMANDS to the PD??? WTF???

Folks I know in that area, and around here too are locked and loaded, spare mags at the ready and vowing they WILL NOT go easily.  I believe if this is not tamped down immediately, there will be blood in the streets, and it’ll be the looters/rioters blood.  Some folks have been checking their insurance, and apparently they are not covered in case of riot damage.

Landrieu got boned by the Dems, I guess they figure she’s a lost cause, and didn’t want to ’embarrass’ the Prez by forcing him to veto Keystone… LOL  Now maybe LA can actually get a senator that actually cares about the state…

The three Americans killed were, I think, just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sad and thoughts and prayers for the families.

Illegal amnesty… Sigh… What can I say on this one.  The Senate Dems have held a bill back and refused to send it to the House for action, allowing BO to do his executive action, but they now want to ‘work’ with the Pubs… And I heard today that the MSM is consciously NOT reporting on or minimizing crimes by illegals, but I can’t find the article nor any ‘real’ indication of that.

Every one of these sleazebags need to be voted out in 16… Just sayin…

All this just makes me wonder what we AREN’T hearing about.  With next week being Thanksgiving, and all the hoopla surrounding that along with “Black Friday”, I think I’ll be staying close to home and anytime I go out, I’m going to be carrying.

If nothing else, I’d say stay in Condition Orange and be alert to changes around not only your house, but your workplace. Who knows what’s going to happen…

And I gotta find my other pairs of long johns… sigh

  1. Actually it all sounds par for the course lately.

In AZ where I live it is almost impossible to find out the race of those that commit serious felonies. Usually it takes a month or longer for the booking photo to be published and seldom do we know if they are citizens or trespassers. Figures.

  2. You know, a Ferguson riot will only hurt blacks – both now and those looking for jobs later.
Like the comedian Chris Rock says (Political Correctness Alert !) “Black people don’t riot – niggers do”. But regular black people pay the price all the same.
I think that the black clergyman, businessmen, and other just good plain folks of Ferguson should have an anti-riot demonstration to show people that black people don’t like rioters any more than anyone else does.

  3. Part of the demands from one protest group (there are several groups running independently of sorts) were, the cops could not wear riot gear and could not retaliate when the protesters throw bottles of water at them. AYSM??? The need to call in the National Guard and use up all that ammo left over from WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.

  4. And all that is on a “good day” ROTFL

Landrue got shoved under the bus by her own party. I loved what Babs Boxer(D-CA) had to say on why she voted No..
Something about “evil black oil” lol

  5. Not pnly locked and loaded, but all the usual ‘bad weather’ stuff – extra food(non-perishable) and water supply, candles and matches, batteries, etc.

  6. I agree with JD.

AND, I get anxious just reading your description of pending events!

  7. Set condition Dog Yankee and blustery weather ahead.

As far as Fergusson goes, they need to issue M-14’s with those long ass bayonets and have the National Guard just drag step through the protest, sending the police dogs at ’em and sticking the pigs as they come at the skirmish line. Gunfire met with a firing squad. I may be just too subtle though. You know me.

If they want to be martyrs, why not oblige?

  8. The wife son and I were at walmart last night and all three of us noticed the change in attitude of some of the patrons. They were blocking peoples paths for no reason like they just wanted u 2 say something.Just a bunch of thugs getting more confident by the day.By the way we are 100 miles south of Chicago.

  9. If I were the AG of the Missouri Guard, I’d be pushing for the Grand Jury to release it’s verdict as soon as possible.

If memory serves, riots are less intense and shorter when it’s below freezing.

  10. The best news of all this news? The weather. LOL.

Ferguson is a complete hot mess. I think people are losing their minds.

  11. I think the comment about insurance coverage is correct if martial law is in effect. Purposeful destruction by others against property is not covered by many policies.

  12. Yeah, I’ll going to have the various extra mags loaded. We live out a ways, but just in case there’s spill-over roaming up from D.C. Not happy about having to go into MD tomorrow, though. I’d as soon keep distance between me and the D.C./Baltimore area.

  13. JD- It is… EVERYWHERE… Unless you’re a Pub or a white guy…

Charlie- Concur! And some of the black preachers ARE stepping up. Of course we know two ‘preachers’ that aren’t also…

CP- Oh yeah, pig stickers would work… So would a fire hose on fog in sub-freezing temps!

    WSF- Agreed!

    JUGM- Good point!

Tim- You’re right. I should have added that, my bad!

    gfa- I truly HOPE I’m wrong…

CP- That is just pure BS!!! Gestapo tactics is right!

    LL/Rick- Agreed!!!

David- Yep, hearing the same things are occurring in some NOVA malls…

SPE- Yep, and on a Monday morning would be a good time… BUT I think they’ll release on Friday after BO’s immigration speech tomorrow night to knock that off the front page (I smell Holder all over this one).

    Fargo- Good point!

    j.r.- Thanks!

PH- Yeah, if I had a choice… sigh

  14. Hey Old NFO,

I may have time to comment about the professional agitators along with the demonstrators. They are looking for an excuse to riot. You notice all the democratic groups are represented in this from the blacks, the unions, the occupy crowd and all the other muck raking groups. I have my ammo laid out, we are a ways away from a major city but I work at the airport, so I will see what happens.

  15. Airport firetrucks and old style ox blood fire retardant works wonders for crowd control. But I am afraid a group of people want the police to overreact to force martial law.

  16. As to the media not reporting on crime, here in sleepy little Skagit County we just had our first Zeta drug cartel murder a couple weeks ago. The local paper and the regional news said nothing about it. I only heard about it through a local scanner report on Facebook. There was also almost NO coverage of the local person who was quarantined for Ebola observation. If people knew what was really going on, panic would ensue.

  17. We can pray for meteors to come and sort it out for the rest of the country.

  18. Stretch- Beyond stupid is what that is…

Rick R- Yep, or a LOT more ammo would be consumed… Just sayin….

Heltau- Yeah, but ‘we’ would probably be blamed for that too!

  19. What’s going to make it bad is that all those incoming community organizers don’t realize that they’re not in California or the unarmed north anymore.
They’re in the south where every other moke carries – legal or otherwise – and there’s a strong belief in self-defense of life and property. With a no duty to retreat and castle doctrine and insurance doesn’t cover (my) burned out business, things could real ugly real fast.
