Well GOOD for whoever the hell got ’em!!
Standing behind a lady, err, make that “person” in the checkout line at our tiny food store. She pulled out a wad of food stamps about 3 inches thick and tried to by her popcorn, soda, cigs and a sixpack of beer with them. The girl says we don’t take those. So she reaches in again and came out with I know at least 2K in 29’s.
I was ready to kick her crooked ass!!
I suppose the Lightbringer thinks she didn’t build that.

When I worked in a grocery store, I remember food stamps being abused all the time. The state run WICS program seemed a lot better as it dictated what could and could not be bought and in what quantity and the WICS vouchers weren’t transferrable.
