Anyone expecting ANYTHING logical from Cal might as well milk a bowling ball. It’ll be just as productive.
Any ban on marijuana smoking would impact the State Legislature adversely. They gave up tobacco for weed years ago.
It’s also illegal at the beaches of California, in State Parks or in public use areas except for specially designated areas (with signs). We call them leper colonies.
