Has anybody seen ANYTHING on the burial of Ambassador Stevens???

Kinda interesting that nothing has been put out. One would think that his being the first Ambassador killed in years, there would be a laying in state at the State Department (at least for a day), and then quite the turnout for the funeral…
But…

A very good question…..I just thought I had missed it. I haven’t heard or seen a thing. I have two thoughts (but no way to validate either):
What’s the chances that he has not been released for burial yet (as in still holding for cause of death)?
Or maybe his family thought he had been abused enough and didn’t want the hoopla and took him to grieve privately?
Have you seen anything on the funerals of the others with him (which might help with answering question #1)?
But we can’t remind America that our sovereign territory was attacked and our representative to that country was murdered now…especially not before the election.
Odd indeed.
What’s really odd is that Stevens appears to have been a homosexual which may have led to the attack.

I made an entry, rather than a comment length.
I read that the family had a private burial. But that’s strictly rampant ramp rumor, since I don’t recall where I read it.

The State Department typically awards one of it’s medals for those killed in service.
Even if both families wanted a quiet service, you would think Hillary would have made a show of recognizing their service to the country.
CIA has the same system but I’m unsure who Dougherty and Woods worked for CIA/USN/contractor. Things get fuzzy in the spook world.

He would rather IGNORE the funeral of a servant of his administration.
I’m sure he asked certain personnel to avoid the issue entirely. And, of course, the DEM/MSM complied completely.
Making a big case out of the funerals of these men would draw unwanted attention — again — to Mr Obama’s failures.
Mr Stevens and the SEALs aren’t people to Mr Obama; they represent failures he wants to avoid and keep hidden until AFTER the election.

The level of disrespect from the MSM and this administration is breathtaking.
Oh, this one is EASY! So can you image what would happen if Hillary had her photo taken next to Amb. Stevens Coffin? Come 2016, she runs for President, and all of a sudden there are pictures of that shot all over the Web with the caption “Hey, I only Killed ONE Ambassador on MY WATCH! Vote Hillary!”
Also, after what Joe The Village Idiot Biden said at the Funeral of the SEAL, and the SEAL’s Dad went straight to Glenn Beck and told the World what he said, well…..

There is a rumor he was running guns to Syria.
The media wants on mention of his name until after the election. Covering for Barry again.

That would be MY bet. For a couple reasons: 1) Stevens was just a means to an end and 2) Obama can’t afford to be paired with that failed end and royal clus…er… mess so close to election.
