We got snow, everybody went bat nuts…
But all the main roads were cleaned up by noon… Funniest thing seen was flipping through the channels this morning at a red Corvette and a red Porsche 911 stuck on 495, with a AAA truck just sitting behind them…

Best thing I saw? Kids and pieces of cardboard having a ball on a little hill in a park by the apartment… And what looked like a Husky puppy having a ball playing in the 9-12 inches of snow! 🙂
A second round came through overnight, but this morning the plows are out heavy, and hi-ho it’s off to work I go… sigh…
Living out in the sticks, haven’t heard a salt truck or snow plow go by once. Guy just went by in a pickup with a round bale on his truck, guess we’re gonna have to try it here shortly. Pax didn’t hit us as hard as they were speculating, but this is still pretty bad. Worst I’ve seen in a while.
We have much needed rain! Bring it on!
Meanwhile CA is in serious drought trouble. Too bad we can’t ship some of your snow and dump it on top of our mountains. You will flood in spring and we will be on water rationing.
Old Mother Nature is terrible off the “climate change” message this year.
It’s hard for us not to laugh while watching the hysteria 4,000 miles to the east. We keep reminding ourselves that we have more & better snow-removal vehicles, and studded tires.
