  1. Man, thats a handsome knife. Almost be an honor to be impaled on that bad boy.

    Almost. :^)

Very pretty sheath too. I like the fact the leathersmith chose to install the retaining strap on top. When on bottom, the blade will cut or damage the strap over time. Its one of the reasons why many straps are installed around the handle on top of of belt loop.

  2. Beautiful.
    Looks functional.
I only said “looks” because I would have keep it for a few years and field dress a deer or two out with it before giving it my final approval, you would get it back after awhile.
    Maybe.

  3. I don’t think I can afford a knife that beautiful – and it wouldn’t stay beautiful very long with me behind it!

  4. Jon- LOL, sure… sure… ๐Ÿ™‚

    Bob- they are BOTH nice!

Axe- About 1/8th thickness across the back.

NC- It IS a working knife. He showed me one two years old that still looked great!!!

  5. Wow, gorgeous sheath for a beautiful knife. The mokume gane is splendid on that knife. Now I’m having blade envy!
