My one hope is that the coming bloodbath doesn’t get my carpet dirty, as though my landlady is nice when the bills are paid, is a tad bit of a martinette about, well, blood on the carpet.
Other than that, I’ll do like the Weather Channel tells us to do during hurricane season, “Hunker Down, just Hunker Down.”
