We had our usual Saturday feed, with some additional folks and a puppy! Dave, Sarah, the kids, and their new puppy stopped by and joined us. Peter and Dot feted us with German foods fresh from Fischers over in Muenster, TX!
And then there was fireworks… This is looking down my street toward the highway. The lake is across the street, a half block away, behind the houses.
The kids loved the ‘screamers’…
And the finale…
Snerk… and as usual, they set the dam of the lake on fire… Fire Department was on hand and has put the fire out.
At a certain point, some accidents become traditions. 😀
I loved the kid’s laughter at the screamers. But to me, it looks like it would make a good birth control commercial.
TXRed- Yeah, they do… LOL I need a bigger dining room AND a bigger table!
CP- Yep! What you don’t see is the boy running in circles and laughing! 🙂
