And we have over 20 cookers entered in the contest, from the one guy with his kids and wife. And a cooker pulled on his trailer behind their SUV…
To the ‘pros from Dover’… so to speak… With their $250,000 toy hauler, 3500 series truck, and pro cookers.
The funny thing is, EITHER could win… The pros will cook chicken, ribs, and brisket. The family will probably do one thing.
And we did pork butts yesterday and last night for the lunch special today.

I was going to come out for it, but I picked up some sort of bug in South Beach and the last thing I want to do is get other folks sick. Right now it just seems like a chest cold. Hopefully I’ll get over it fast.

I joined you in spirit. A few degrees below freezing and I’m outside grilling. Tasty flame cooked meat knows no season.
