Seven times??? Why the hell is he not in jail ‘somewhere’? He’s obviously been convicted here, so who let him go?
Deportation officers in November removed a repeat felon from the United States for the seventh time, highlighting the difficulties of preventing dangerous foreign nationals from sneaking into the country.
Julio Cesar Hernandez Funez, a 41-year-old Honduran national, was deported back to his home country on Nov. 16, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The illegal migrant, who has a lengthy rap sheet for drug trafficking and other crimes, had already been sent back to Honduras six prior times — once in 2006, 2013, 2014, twice in 2015 and again in 2016.

The numbers are interesting, especially compared to the previous years of the administration. But when you have effectively ‘open borders’, lack of personnel, and runaways, it’s no wonder these scumbags keep coming back.
And now that Xiden et al are on the way out, suddenly enforcement is being allowed to go their jobs. I can’t help but wonder how many NGOs are complacent in letting these people in/funding them.
Oh yeah, and he came in THIS time across the NORTHERN border from Canada. Canada…think about that. On the run, how did he get from Honduras to Canada???
Grrrr…
Oh yeah, and I survived another trip around the sun! Yay me!!! Now, if I could just get all the body parts cooperating again… sigh
Another year? Yay you. Greetings from Berlin
Those circumnavigations are adding up aren’t they? I know just how you feel since I believe I have one more trip around than you do.
Happy Birthday sir. My birthdays are coming in fast and hot too – no idea where the time between them goes.
Felicitous circumlocution!
Congrats on another year, but you are still younger than I.
As to the issue of repeat illegal criminal entry, why is it that a policy of using the “Chilean” solution after the 2nd capture on U.S. soil is not adopted? To be humane, maybe the criminal can be “dropped off” 30 ft altitude and at the 13 mile limit from his nation of origin. Sink or swim, not our problem any longer. If from a landlocked country, then the nearest ocean point at shortest land distance from said country? The constitution affords protection to citizens and to legal entrants to our country. Anyone else not so much and frankly, my heart no longer bleeds for criminals, not one iota.
Happy Birthday!!! Enjoy and relish the day.
“Happy Birthday to Youuuuuuu…..!!” We certainly seem to be getting some bad hombres in the mix of illegal immigrants , we don’t need that.
How old does a sailor have to be to reach Ancient Mariner status?
I would have thought you got your albatross necklace years ago.
Happy birthday.
Happy Birthday Jim and many more.
Hippo Bird Day!
Happy Birthday!
Chip ’em when caught and deported, refuse access when they come back. I hear rumors some states are hiring up Old Sparky again, the threshold for capital punishment should be for for those here illegally, especially for repeat offenders.
All- Thanks for the good wishes, and I think we’re ALL dinosaurs…LOL
Drang- I like your idea!
Hey, I identify as a dinosaur as well, with good cause I might add. Happy Birthday, amigo – try to keep “the old” out as long as you can!
Simple solution to these repeat offenders. Deport them once. If they are caught in America illegally a second time they are shot….no trial, no judge. Summary execution. After the first three or four are exterminated they WILL stop coming back. The solutions to many of our problems are simple. They require only the will to implement them…which is where we fail.
Capital punishment stops recidivism 100% for the one executed. Will it deter others? Doesn’t matter. Execution will.
Liberal, lenient, law enforcement, justice system, may have doomed our country at this point. Too many, millions of foreign, criminals transported to every corner of our fair nation by Soros/government funded NGO’s.
