Exploiting teens…
A 22-year-old high school special education teacher is facing decades behind bars after authorities say she engaged in sexual relationships with students and provided them with alcohol at her apartment.
Nadia Horn, who co-taught World Studies at Eau Claire North High School, made her initial appearance in Eau Claire County Court on Monday on felony child sexual assault charges.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by WEAU-TV, the investigation began on March 25 when the Eau Claire Area School District flagged a “potential inappropriate relationship” to a School Resource Officer. The subsequent probe revealed a pattern of grooming and exploitation involving multiple 16-year-old victims.

But as usual, we don’t see the outrage when it is a male teacher and underage females…
Why???
How is this any different than when a male does it? When a male is involved, the immediate call is rape! Is this not also rape?
And this is not a ‘one off’, as there have been at least 10 similar cases I can think of off the top of my head.
And those boys will be dealing with that the rest of their lives.

Hear a lot about such cases nowadays, and I wonder why. What’s going on with women? Then I stop myself. If we task somebody with seeking out some psychological underpinning of the crime, the crime gets a excused. These women are criminals. Lock them up! Harsher sentences are in order.
It’s interesting how broad an area the term “Special Education” covers these days.
16 year-olds may be impressionable and gullible, but they’re hardly innocents. Those boys will be having fond memories for the rest of their lives.
Boys? Are you sure? The only case Im aware of at our local high school was a female teacher and a female student. They got married when the teacher got out of jail.
I’m thinking of the culture that “celebrates” this.

Ick, ick, ick. No. That is such an abuse of the teacher/student relationship, no matter the sexes involved.
Note, I’m a HS and Jr High teacher. This kind of thing is very wrong on several levels.
