Walking over to the other office this morning, I’m watching cops chasing a guy down the middle of the street… No biggie, right?
Um… not so much, since it turns out he’s butt naked…
And apparently higher than a kite!
Tried to get into a few doors, and one of those had guards with guns! Apparently he was smart enough NOT to continue down that path…
Took six cops to finally subdue this turkey, in the middle of the street, in traffic no less…
It’s THAT time of year… sigh.

Sounds like a duster. That’s one of the things you see people high on angel dust do. It’s not as popular of a drug as it once was.
Foe & LL: not for nothing, but “several” week-ends ago, I got ahold of the MOST righteous PCP, which, of course, is best enjoyed in its liquid form. [one must be careful to use a Newport cigarette… wet with PCP] In DC, we call them “dippers.” Any-who, long story short, I look FANTASTIC in DC Jail infirmary scrubs. Much beyond that & a bit of paper-work, certain evenings can turn into a blur… as we all know. Enjoy.
