There is a term for what is being talked about yet I can’t think of it. Rumor has it though that the Federal government is laying the groundwork to let the Secret Service start arresting Sheriff’s for not enforcing new gun control laws, starting with Colorado.
By the sounds of it, Colorado is being targeted with an attempt to set up loopholes that will allow the U.S. Secret Service to arrest and remove an elected sheriff for refusing to enforce the law, or anyone breaking the law. This means ALL Secret Service including uniformed division officers, physical security technicians, specialists, and other ‘special officers’.
In short they want to,
…establish federal authority police powers in a State, enabling an enforcement arm reporting directly to the president (Secret Service). It would enable the president / executive branch to theoretically override the actions and preventative measures that are now being taken by many States throughout the country who are trying to preserve 2nd Amendment gun rights and who are prohibiting the enforcement of unconstitutional law passed by Congress or pushed by executive order.
Most of us are well aware that just about every Sheriff across the country, including our own Weld and Larimer Sheriff’s, (about 350 in all) have all said they will not enforce any mandate from Washington if it violates the Second Amendment, which these future mandates do.

I TRULY hope this is just a mis-read as the Sheriff indicated in link 2, but I’m beginning to wonder about what this administration’s real goals are…
Something our tavern owner Governor would support along with other transplants that now infest the State Assembly. Once the legislative session is over, the legislators lose their immunity to arrest. Going to suck to be them this year if they are even two miles per hour over the speed limit.
If they want to start that war in Colorado, it’ll take me and Murphy 24 hours to get there locked and loaded.

So the Feds will start a fight when the Sheriffs refuse to enforce anti-2A laws, but don’t worry when other Sheriffs won’t enforce drug or immigration laws. I’m confused!
The thing is … They cannot do this without changing the Colorado Constitution . In fact the only person who can arrest the Sheriff is the county Coroner . Let them give it their best shot because in many Colorado counties it WILL result in dead fed .
That sort of approach is un-winable for the ObamaNation. They’d need to back it up with a lot of armored cars.

I truly believe Obama wants an armed confrontation with those opposed to gun control. Will add more fuel to his “we must do something” mantra and allow him to ratchet up gun control. He’s comin’ . . . . I have no doubt of that.

You’ve hit it right on the head. Obama and his Chicago WANT an armed reaction. That’ll make Colimbine and sandyhook look like suday school picnics. Unfortunately, if the military gets involved on the government’s side it’s gonna get ugly. I really don’t know an easy answer to the current “Socialist” take-over. America seems to be ripe for the picking and this whole thing has been planned, formulated and on the anarchist’s drawing boards for decades.
If they try it I don’t think they’ll like the answer they get. Those Sheriffs, and especially their deputies and all those who voted for and support them, will have the opposition out manned by an order of magnitude. It won’t be pretty but it will be short. Very short.

Do you really truly wonder what this administration is up to? Absolute control, achieved under the cloak of pseudo democratic maneouvering. Hitler did it. Mussolini did it. Lenin did it. These folks are going to give it their best shot. Don’t kid yourself.
