I saw this and can’t help but wonder if AD has an in with these guys…
Louisiana (of course)
3 stories- Redneck Luxury Duck Blind (on Bayou Self)
1st level hides 4 boats underneath and has room for 2 hunters and has 2 dog doors.
2nd level has a full kitchen with fridge, 2 stoves, electricity for lights, living room with 2 couches and satellite TV, theater seats around the “porch of the blind” to sit 14 guys comfortably. A side porch has a running toilet, a stainless steel grill for cooking whole rib-eyes for lunch and a bar to make all the Mojos and margarita machine which are hard wired to car batteries.
3rd level is the “crows nest” with room for 3. It’s about 25′ up in the trees and most of the time you are shooting down on the ducks.
One of the ‘owners’ says, “The food scraps we throw out draw a lot of ducks and make the fishing good too.” And I’m betting they get a gator or two in the mix…
This would fall into the category of “freakin’ awesome”!!!!!
But, did they have a building permit? Environment study?
That rivals some of the multi-level tree blinds I’ve encountered in deer country, down in the Midwest. Cool!
Anytime you can go out onto your porch, shoot ducks, fish and take in the scenery without taking a step in any direction — you may be in heaven.
I’m old, so just add air conditioning and some kind of computer hookup and I would live there.
Now them boys is serious about their duck huntin’.
Bill- Yep! 🙂
WSF- Whut??? I can’t hear you… 😀
Rev- Yep!
LL- Concur, and it’s NOT a bad ‘dog house’…
CP- I think they are working on it…LOL
Rick- That they are!
Just WOW
