I’m very blessed to have been able to spend Christmas with the kids, and grandsons; but now it’s time to start reconnecting with the reality of the daily grind.
I am glad you got to spend the very precious time with them because those wheels of life just keep on churning.
I’m glad you had the time away, with family all ’round. Work is just … stuff. Family is what’s important.

Love those WWII planes and I know that pilot was reliving his youth up there. Glad you had the family time, but you don’t need to return to the grind so soon. Take a few days just for you.

Tim- Oh yeah… I have NEVER had more that two weeks off unless I was changing duty stations… And even in CIVLANT, two weeks is the max… Agreed! We should ALL get 17 days on the taxpayers $$!!!
