You gotta wonder sometimes…
“During a routine maintenance procedure Wednesday, a Loudoun County transportation employee found an explosive training material on a school bus used in an exercise by a Federal Government agency last week,” the initial email stated. “The explosive training material was in a benign state and could not be activated through normal operation of the bus.”
First it was TSA ‘forgetting’ to take ‘training’ drugs out of a bag, then it was the Fibbies, now it’s the CIA…

It appears ‘somebody’ can’t follow, or just DIDN’T follow a checklist and actually confirm ALL the training material has been recovered before they leave the training site? And it makes one wonder why train on a school bus???

When I ran a Motel, the cops trained their K-( dogs there.
They once left a 1/4 oz of cocaine in a room…for 6 hours.
School buses are used for emergency training simulations, often plane crashes due to their similar interior layouts.
So, the CIA has K-9 units? Wonder if they have a “Parking Enforcement Unit”, also.

Spooks don’t do checklists? Maybe setting-up for another Beslan style attack? At Beslan the Islamic terrorists got jobs repairing the School-building and embedded explosives in various walls instead of just leaving it laying around (and cached weapons inside walls too).
