  1. Typical ivory tower faculty lounge crap.

Done by people who will be the first to tell you they know better.

  2. When does this guy run for Party leader and Prime Minister

  3. I never had a thought of a sense of national shame until now . Even Vietnam didn’t come close to this level of shame .

  4. To paraphrase, perpetual war for perpetual peace.

Shutdown list, left column, is spot on. I thought the military would have sorted that out fevades ago.

    • The military did. They’re not in charge. The Department of State is in charge, as directed by the Usurper.

  5. As the Brits say “Hear, Hear”. Today I am saddened by the actions of my government. Tomorrow will be a different story.

  6. When France, feckless FRANCE, does a better job of taking care of its people. When even Merkel’s Germany has its collective crap together. When Britain realizes, finally, that the obamaniation 2.0 (and the obamanation 1.0) was not their friend.

Heck, even die-hard socialistic democrats are realizing that the obamanation 2.0 (and maybe the original) is a collective poop show of special interests all aimed at taking down the USA…

Yeah. And to top it off, Fumbles McPuddingbrain is supposed to speak to the Nation today or tonight. About, you know, that thing…

  7. A thirteen year old RTS* or TBS* game player could develop a better plan than the current occupants. Jesus wept.

    * RTS = real time strategy, TBS = turn based strategy

  8. I nicked the video and sent it out to my address book. Thanks for posting. BTW, Rumsfeld’s book identified Biden as the one senator that opposed US aid and assistance in re-settling Vietnamese refugees in 1975. The fact that he lasted so long in American politics must be some kind of test.

  9. Toast- Agreed!

    drjim- Of course… It’s not happening HERE…yet…

    Mustang- You’re welcome!

  10. I mourn the country I once knew and whose uniform I once wore. We should be ashamed of our nation, our alleged leaders and ourselves. We have allowed this to happen because we were lazy, and thought we could take a pass on our role as thoughtful citizens and let someone else handle it while we went to Walmart.

    • No.

We went out and voted. We, the People, elected Trump.

The Democrats stole the election and usurped power. It’s up to We, the People now to restore the Republic, because there is no voting our way out of this.

      • I agree, but…

We The People have been out to lunch for, oh, let’s call it a couple of hundred plus years. I think the fall of the Republic began at the time of the Whiskey Rebellion. We should have been riding tarred and feathered politicians out of town on a rail on a regular basis since then. But we didn’t, because there was always enough people who supported the latest power grab, who could make a buck of of the situation, who were simply too lazy or “busy” to be bothered as long as they didn’t get gored in their lifetime.

We’re all being gored now, no matter what side you see yourself on. Because we’ve waited so long, what would have been an afternoon’s work will now take the lifetime of many of us.

  11. Just as an aside, he was wearing a 2 Parachute Regiment tie. So, a proper soldier becomes a proper politician. I’m British and it comes to something when I look at our political class and wonder if military rule could do better.
