Rapinoe didn’t have to battle trans persons for any of her slots/scholarships, or anything else when she was coming up through the soccer world. Now that she’s out of it, she’s making some interesting statements…

Megan Rapinoe Discusses Historic Equal Pay Agreement, Title IX Anniversary and Transgender Sports Bans

“Show me the evidence that trans women are taking everyone’s scholarships, are dominating in every sport, are winning every title. I’m sorry, it’s just not happening. So we need to start from inclusion, period. And as things arise, I have confidence that we can figure it out. But we can’t start at the opposite. That is cruel. And frankly, it’s just disgusting.”

Of course she ‘conveniently’ forgot about the whole Lia Thomas controversy… As played out at Penn, HERE.

Back in 2017, they played the FC Dallas under 15 boys squad in a scrimmage. And got beat! Of course the usual excuses were given, but the more interesting part were some of the pictures…

Article, HERE from CBS. Scroll down to the pictures of the 14 year old boy with the Team USA females and note the size difference.

I don’t know where this is going to end, but I think it’s going to be ugly as hell…

Sigh…

  1. A lot of women athletes still think they’re 9-10 yo, therefore bigger and meaner than anyone else in their cohort. Well, testosterone kicked in and the bell curves separated for strength, speed, power – big time. The women’s CG dropped, pelvis widened, and stresses from running or turning are way different than at 9-10 yo.

Can’t legislate physics, you lose every time. Rapinoe, the word isn’t inclusion, it’s “junior varsity.” And that’s just what is happening.

  2. “taking everyone’s scholarships, are dominating in every sport, are winning every title.”

See the straw man argument? “Everyone”, “every”, “every”. No one is claiming that men are winning “every” title, but she sets up the straw man argument and then knocks it down. Wait five years and what she says will be true, but then the new argument will be “you can’t just suddenly kick them out of sports”.

  3. Isn’t it odd that one seldom hears about people born female, who transition to male, participating in men’s sports, especially those involving strength, speed and endurance. It’s almost like there are real physical differences that go beyond reproductive systems and hormones.

  4. I’ve said for a long time there are more people willing to pretend to be trans for some gain than there are actual trans people.

  5. PK- Excellent point!

Hereso/WSF- Exactly! And she did that on purpose!!!

    NRW- Isn’t it though… Sigh…

    JMI- True!
