Roe v. Wade is gone…

SCOTUS has had a helluva week! School choice, gun rights, and yesterday, Roe v. Wade.

The Supreme Court on Friday issued its long-awaited, and previously leaked opinion, overturning Roe v. Wade — effectively ending recognition of a constitutional right to abortion and giving individual states the power to regulate and restrict the practice.

Full article HERE from Fox.

Pelosi et al are melting down over a supposed ‘Constitutional Right’, which in fact it never was. 50 years ago the court used a sketchy justification around the 14th Amendment, which this court rightfully overturned from an ACTUAL Constitutional view. She actually called Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett “Right wing politicians” not judges! Unbelievable!!!

Xiden has come out against the court’s decision, saying ALL women’s lives are now at risk, as have the DOJ (Merrick Garland gave the comments, which is scary). So much for the other branches ‘honoring’ the decisions of SCOTUS, but I’ve come to expect nothing less from the left. They didn’t get their way, so they threw/are throwing a massive hissy fit.

The left/dems were all “must follow the science” during the WuFlu, and now suddenly science in the case of newborns is no longer relevant… Really?

The more concerning question, at least in my mind, is whether or not there will be a concerted effort to assassinate the conservative justices on the court to ‘pack’ the court with liberals.

Frankly, I would not be surprised, especially as the dem held house is refusing to pass a bill to increase funding to the USMS and the Court to provide additional security to the court members and families…

As was said in a private chat yesterday morning…

Roe v. Wade is gone… — 16 Comments

  1. You echo my sentiments regarding the assassination of at least 2 if not all of the more conservative Justices. This is the opening of the kinetic part of this (Un)Civil War. Will we, as a nation, be people or sheeple?

The part I am unhappy about is that I am too old to fight in the front lines.

  2. The left wing radicals will probably make attempts on the Supreme Court Justices lives. One thing they better remember is that the Justices allowed the concealed carry of weapons for personal protection. Therefore I bet they all are concealed carrying their own weapons for that possible situation.

  3. R v W was bad law and so is this decision. How about leaving government out of issues between a women and her doctor.

    • That only works if it’s ONLY a woman and a doctor. There is a third person involved. The one who dies.

      • And what about the father? If you can hook a guy with child support for random sperm emissions then you have to acknowledge that the sperm donor has rights too.

    • Why is this a bad decision?

If it’s okay to kill a fetus/embryo because it’s just useless tissue, then how about it being a-okay to kill someone because they’ve been determined to be useless tissue. Like, well, druggies, dementia patients, people in comas, that third kid you have that is just annoying…

After all, it’s just a decision between the caretaker and the doctor, right?

    • The Constitution is a thing. Look it up, especially Amendments IX, X, and XIV(1). Also, court decisions are not laws. Congress makes laws.

  4. The first few attempts at firearms confiscation will go badly, and then the whole situation will go VERY badly after that.

The Progressives seem to believe they can win the coming civil war. I don’t think so.

  5. All- I’m not going to get into a discussion on the good or bad on abortion. THAT is a personal decision. RVW was a bad law, no question, and yes Xiden was against it for years…

Gun confiscation is going to get ‘sporty’, no question.

  6. My body, my choice is so last century. Didn’t the ladies get that memo after the vax mandates? Besides it’s not as if we are still living in the 19th century without all the contraceptive’s that are now in the pharmaceutical arsenal. The level of lies and nonsense that I’m getting here in Australia from our media about this is hurting my brain. It’s no surprise that when I stopped watching the nightly news my blood pressure came back down to a normal level.

  7. Hey Old NFO;

I think it is funny that the same people having the Vapors about “Rov vs Wade” were the same ones pushing the VAXX mandates and the power of the state to force compliance on me and mine and the twitterverse was full of these people wanting to gather up us non vaxxed and stick us in camps “For the sake of society”. The Screeching of “My Body, My choice” is kinda hollow right now. No sympathies….I would drop a crass word mind you.

  8. I have to say I didn’t see this coming, that SCOTUS would have the courage to do such a thing(s).

Let’s watch leftist heads explode all over North America and beyond. Historic victory. And we’ll see how well killing babies performs as a midterm platform.
