Trump awaits further civil and criminal liability in three other federal, state, and local indictments.

Here’s a list, direct from him on the ‘new’ precedents set by the left for national politics.
Here are 20 some precedents they now have established for America in the future:
1) When in control of the Senate, demand the end of the filibuster; when not, don’t.
2) Call for the end of the Electoral College–but only if it appears to recently favor the candidate of the opposition.
3) In an election year, change any state balloting laws deemed unhelpful through administrative fiat or court order to favor your political candidate.
4) Seek to flip electors from voting in accordance with the popular vote count in their states; indict as an insurrectionist any of the opposition who dare do the same.
5) Raid the home of any opposition ex-president who removed classified files; exempt any sitting president of your party who did the same.
6) Swarm the private homes of, and then bully and intimidate any, Supreme Court officials, politicians, or citizens you oppose.
7) Appoint two special counsels: one to go after the current chief presidential opponent in an election year; the other to exempt and excuse the sitting president for the very crimes charged against his rival.
8) Lobby to remove any oppositional president through the 25th Amendment; smear any one as ageist who suggests a cognitively challenged sitting resident of your party should be subject to similar invocations of the 25th Amendment.
9) Exempt thousands of arrested rioters from charges of 120 days of arson, looting, injuring 1,500 law enforcement officers, and assault—but only if they are radical supporters of your party.
10) Excuse any demonstrator or rioter for desecrating public monuments and cemeteries or shutting down bridges and freeways, or swarming and disrupting the Capitol Rotunda—but only if they agree with you and/or are pro-Hamas. Otherwise, ensure the charged face lengthy prison sentences.
11) Try to pack the Supreme Court—but only if justices you don’t like are in a majority.
12) Seek in an election year to remove a presidential opponent off state ballots for crimes for which he has never been charged, much less convicted of.
13) First target a presidential opponent, and then change, warp, or redefine laws to convict him. Weaponized prosecutors should always indict their political opponents in jurisdictions where they are guaranteed like-minded justices and jury pools.
14) Violate the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution (the prohibition of “excessive fines”) by having sympathetic judges level multimillion-dollar fines to bankrupt the opposition candidate during a presidential campaign. The more there is no victim of a crime, the higher fines should be leveled for “damages”.
15) Open the border by destroying all the protocols and executive orders of a predecessor president. Then welcome 8-million illegal aliens to “surge” into America on the premise a new constituency might support agendas that American citizens do not. Then call the nonexistent border “secure,” while blaming a predecessor president for having left it secure.
16) Have local prosecutors invent criminal acts of an opposition national presidential candidate in efforts to make it impossible for him to campaign for the presidency.
17) Use the FBI to hire out social media auditors to censor any news deemed problematic for the correct presidential candidate.
18) Hire a foreign national to concoct a smear dossier about one’s opposition political nominee. Ensure the FBI also uses and pays the foreign national to spread untruths among the media and administrative state.
19) On the eve of any major national or midterm election, ensure a president drains the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to lower gasoline prices.
20) On the eve of any major national or midterm election, ensure a president promises to cancel billions of dollars in contracted federal student loans.
It is pretty apparent the left/dems/libs will do ANYTHING to maintain power, not caring a bit about legalities and the gloves are truly coming off this year as they are deathly afraid of Trump getting back in office.
This year is going to get uglier and uglier as the months roll on. I just hope and pray they don’t ‘flip the switch’ we all know is hanging out there.

I’m not sure, but I think I’m sensing a pattern of equal treatment denied here. Equal treatment of opposite political parties no longer seems to be the recommended course of action. Mainstream media i.e. propaganda spreaders are already on board.

Unfortunately they are supported by the vast majority of the mainstream media and a significant percentage of the electorate, who will argue with a straight face that “Trump committed crimes, they are just upholding the rule of law” and that “what our guy did is totally different”.
Here in Washington state the Democratic Presidential Primary Ballot allows D’s to vote for “uncommitted delegate”. They are already planning to have a coup within the party and toss out the incumbent and they don’t want to have to deal with the “faithless elector” charge.
Yes, the far left of the Democrat Party will do anything to maintain their grip on the Presidency. I am going to add one more heinous act that I believe they will do in order to prevent the November election. That is to involve NATO and The US Military in the war in Ukraine and attacks against Russian forces in order to provoke a nuclear exchange and declare martial law along with suspending the Constitution and the November election. They then will declare their puppet Biden Dictator for life or replace him with another puppet.

I’m afraid if they blatantly steal the 2024 election and dare the people on the “right side” of the aisle” to do anything because they have the 3 letter agencies backing them up, and using lawfare on anybody that “steps out of line”, then start the midnight raids on any dissidents. the thing we wish that we would never see in our lifetime may become a possibility. Do I want that…no..definitely not. but that choice may be chosen for us.

The level of collusion in discriminatory application of the law to deny civil rights is perhaps enough to justify superseding measures put in place to ‘fight’ previous conspiracies to deny civil rights.
Fundamentally, this is a verification problem, a dispute resolution problem, and an estimation problem.
Verification: To confirm that vote totals through electronic voting machines were not used as part of schemes to insert fraudulent ballots into the count, we would need verification of physical security, hardware security, and software security. Any allegation of one element of security violation would need to have the countering evidence for all three shown in court, otherwise it is not persuasive. Furthermore, there needs to be some way of testing and validating physical ballots reported by precincts, so that ballots can not be added from nothing, without any explanation.
Disputes: The purpose of the formal legal system is to obtain buy in for impartiality, and to by way of that buy in, persuade interested parties that the dispute is resolved and need not be litigated further, formally or informally. Training ‘legal experts’ in critical theory is fundamentally poison to that enterprise. While the official scholarly sources do not label it thus, critical theory is conspiracy minded, is certain that ancient super-conspiracies existed, and thinks that peace and civilization are evil magics. Thus, critical theory trained JDs do not see a cost in informing the public that the JDs are conspiring against one group, in favor of another group that the JDs believe the public was secretly conspiring against. The happy path the regime and the establishment sees towards resolving this is in intimidating the public by making an example of the ‘rabble rousers’.
The problem is that academic theory mispredicts the American public, which has never been as deeply invested in academic theory. Americans have never meekly listened to what academics say American individual thinking is, in order to know what their own personal thoughts and feelings are. So the model that takes academic theory as completely correct is misleading.
It looks like the actual result is that intimidation is not going to resolve any of these disputes.
Estimation: True votes and results as modified by fraud. Nobody knows, and everyone has an opinion. Almost all of the people selling opinions for this cycle are fudging things. We are something like eight months and one or two weeks out. If there is a complicated set of serious problems, it is impossible for a single policy or enforcement change to fix them quickly.
The simplest problem that explains the status quo was that actually, everything in 2020 was fair, but the JDs are profoundly stupid, and accidentally discredited that explanation in the eyes of a lot of people. We simply cannot have fixed that amount of stupid, if we go for the simple explanation of stupid.

A contrary formulation of a simple problem is that the ‘uneducated’ and poors are daring to question about sixty years of established case law, and are not allowed to do so. Turning other case law topsy turvy for the star chambers to intimidate the poors into silent compliance could hypothetically work, if the poors are actually intimidated. I don’t expect any good to come out of the 2024 presidential election, barring maybe a decrease in the power of the office of the president. Look at state and local office, at the highest and flashiest, where 2024 is concerned.

Absolutely, without opposition, these people will roll over us, and kill us. But their flavor of addiction to academic theory makes them blind and optimistic. They thought they had everything, in 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020. They consistently overestimate how decisive political ‘victories’ are.
The murderous communists are not suddenly going to fully convert to Christianity tomorrow, and be willing to coexist in peace. We are probably going to be having de facto civil war for a while, becuase of the communists adn their optimism. We may manage to avoid a de jure civil war, and resolve the disputes by peaceful means.
We only really lose if we surrender. And, there is no reason to treat with these people in hope of being treated humanely by them.
No matter how badly the fight or ‘fight’ goes, fighting it out to the very end is the least horrible outcome.
These are big complicated problems. The office of the president cannot fix them. You can help fix them by witnessing for Christ, talking to people about what is going on, or perhaps somehow by messing around with local politics and ensuring that your local elections for local offices are fair and valid.

The IJN’s idea for WWII was to win a single decisive fight. Some ideas are necessarily reduced order models. If you refuse to accept their thinking, you can make a fuller order model, and use it to game your way to defeating them mentally. Or, if you stick to your own thinking, and work stubbornly, you can just beat them physically.
2024 is not the end. We do not even yet know if it could be the end of the beginning.
