Two tiers…

Of justice in Minnesota…

A Minnesota state employee avoided criminal charges after vandalizing at least six Tesla vehicles, the local district attorney announced this week, prompting outrage from local leaders who spoke to Fox News Digital.

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office (HCAO) said it would seek “diversion” over charges against Minnesota Department of Human Services data analyst Dylan Bryan Adams after causing $20,000 in damages. The diversion approach “helps to ensure the individual keeps their job and can pay restitution,” according HCAO.

When reached for comment by Fox News Digital, the Minnesota Department of Human Services did not clarify Adams’ employment status, but said: “We are reviewing the matter at this time. State employees are expected to follow our code of conduct and hold themselves to the highest ethical standards through their words and actions.”

Full article, HERE from Fox News.

OBTW, he did over $20,000 of damage… But since he’s a Dem and ’employee’ of the State, he ‘thinks’ he gonna walk.

Somehow, I think the DOJ might be interested in this one…

Just sayin…

IMHO, it’s past time for this kind of two-tier crap to be stopped, and stopped with a vengeance!!!

Two tiers… — 14 Comments

  1. No clue about Minnesota, but my understanding in other states was that “diversion” was for minor crimes like drug possession (not dealing) or DUI without injury, etc. The point being to give a person without a criminal record a chance to turn their life around with minimal risk to the community. Doing $20K worth of damage to private property, would not qualify. Defiantly seems the fix is in.

  2. Just goes to show the state swamps must be drained as well as the federal swamps. I feel bad for my cousins in Minnisota but the last I visited (years ago) I was the right wing crazy. They’ve made their bed.

  3. Hey Old NFO,

Funny that, when the justice is no longer applied equally or fairly, and the *fix* in in for the favored class, the people not favored will be far less inclined to cooperate with TPTB in any future endeavors and furthering the chasm, and eventually the compact between those that govern us and we the people will be too wide to bridge and you will see “vigilante” justice start making appearances, and that is not a good thing because those are an *eye for an eye* kinda thing, truly biblical.

  4. Unhappily I’m afraid I agree with Bob up there. Not so much with the guys and gals on the ground and on the beat — most all of them are doing their job and doing it as best they can. But the ones higher up… and is it any wonder that those ones higher up are doing their level best to disarm the citizenry? Wonder why…

  5. This Minnesotan is now hoping for federal intervention (would normally prefer the least government, but when doody falls… ya gotta wipe) against BOTH criminals.

  6. Given the love they poured out for the drug dealing, wife beating, home invasion felon, (Saint) George Floyd in that state, I’m not surprised. How much is this creep raking in on go fund me?

  7. It’s not a good look for sure. I’d like to know what he scratched into one of the cars, though I can guess.

I am hoping for federal charges for the little dipsh–.

    • I’d love to see that also.
Despite what some people claim, the anti Tesla protests ( and violence) is being coordinated by several Liberal websites – to me that makes it interstate and gives a federal nexus for charges.

  8. To make it even more obvious that the favored party is favored, The Star Tribune reported that on Monday a 19-year-old Robbinsdale woman with no criminal record was charged with first-degree felony property damage after she allegedly keyed her coworker’s car at the White Castle in Brooklyn Park. The damage to the car was estimated at $7,000.

Both alleged vandals committed their alleged crimes in Hennepin County, but the state employee gets diversion (for 7 cars vandalized @ $20k) and the teenager gets prosecuted for a felony (for 1 car vandalized @ $7k) – and both decisions were made by DA Moriarty this week. (and what an appropriate name!)

Two tier justice, because apparently it’s (D)ifferent when a party supporter (D)oses it.

  9. As Carlin opined…. It’s a big club and we ain’t in it…

Ity become crystal clear that for some people the ONLY justice they will ever need worry about is of the “vigilante” type.

  10. “And when the last law was down, and the Devil turned ’round on you, where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat?”

And where will they hide once the Rule of Law becomes an option?
