Democrats sought to defeat the bill after Republicans limited the institution to biological women and excluded transgender individuals.

The left leadership really is that evil — all they are interested in is their personal power. The sad part is that there is a dismayingly large fraction of the population which is so poorly educated (thanks to the lefty leadership) that it isn’t able to see what is happening.
I wonder if the Democrats would rebel against a MENS History Museum. Even if Transgender Individuals would be allowed to included. Which way would they vote ?

The behavior pattern is of a group that includes people who really have become convinced that speech creates reality.
They got where they are participating in that process for a long time. Their circles are their own.
Not all of them have the experience or the outside sources to doubt.
So, if they act as if there is a truth independent of party truth, they are letting their team down.
