As one who has always loved both editorial cartoons and ‘regular’ cartoons (I grew up on Pogo and Peanuts, okay) It’s truly sad to hear what happened in Paris yesterday.

I agree that we should bring back the guillotine. But lets set up one in NYC in Times Square and another one in Washington DC on the mall between the Lincoln Memorial and The Washington Monument. In DC we could start with most of the “leaders” in both the Senate and the House of Non-Representatives, then work our way toward Pennsylvania Avenue. In NYC, the Mayor there should be the first to try this machine out, just to see if it works correctly.
