As a former VFD type, I saw my share of suicides over 10 years of volunteering, and many times heard the comment, “If only…”
We are having way too many suicides within the military community, and I think we can all benefit and learn to ‘recognize’ the signs and help those people get help.
That was a good article about suicide and what we can do to help the individual find some help and hopefully resolution to their feelings. Thanks for the link to it.
