Another judge has come down on ICE for the facilities where illegals are being held…

A federal judge in California has ruled that hundreds of illegal immigrant women and children in U.S. holding facilities should be released, another apparent setback for President Obama’s immigration policy, according to The Los Angeles Times.

The article is HERE.

I say deport their asses… And round up the other hundred thousand and send them home too. Only problem is that 100,000 are in the wind and have ‘disappeared’ into the sanctuary cities and other hidey holes and they won’t be seen again.

Since Justice and ICE never came up with a plan, I’m betting this one will go to appeals, and be drug out until after BO is gone, dumping one more problem on the next president… Sigh…

  1. Man, what a screwy mess!!

What is wrong with enforcing e-Verify across the board? And enforcing the laws on fraudulent use of SSN, hiring illegal workers, and identity theft?? Maybe even test for illnesses in public clinics and return those with TB, et.al. back to home.

I figure that would encourage quite a few to return home on their own.

I don’t understand the reluctance to employee our own 90 million un/under employed citizens. Why do we need another 20 million folks to fight for the robotic/mechanized low skill jobs?? I’ve worked beside illegals 30 years ago, and the crop we have now are nowhere near as skilled or tough as the guys I spent time with in the 80’s. Just more marshmellows like the indigenous teenagers.

It’s about control. It always is with the liberal-leftist.

  2. That’s no “setback” for the Obama Admin. Those illegals will now be released into our communities and that’s what he wants all along. Only now he can say “the courts did it, not me!”

Justice would dictate releasing them immediately back into southern Mexico or even farther south, but we don’t live in a just country any more. These are all future Democrat voters and the Obama Admin knows it.

  3. Deferring decisions until they’re someone else’s problem is what most presidents do best. This guy is just better at it than most.

Hey, waddya know: we found something he’s good at!

  4. WSF- I’d heard that…

    STx- Yes it is… dammit.

    Murph- Understood! And agreed… sigh

Rev- Good (or bad) point depending on your point of view.

  5. If we do deport them we need to drop them south of *Mexico*’s southern border.. Make it that much harder to get back.

Another solution: Impose a 30% export tariff on all money transfers to Mexico or Latin America. The sender can claim the amount as withheld taxes when they file but otherwise it is a cost of living in the US illegally…
