Princessa sandwich: It’s essentially an open-faced ham and cheese. I took a couple slices of bread, lightly buttered one side of each. Then I put a slice of ham on top of the butter and topped with cheese (I used a mozzerella blend). So, bottom to top, you’ve got bread, butter, ham, cheese. Slide that under the broiler and watch like a hawk. You want the cheese to get melty, bubbly and browning in spots. You’re done. Eat it like pizza.

We used to make pizza sandwiches similarly. English muffin, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese. Can also add favorite pizza toppings. They are really good and I haven’t had one in years. Hmmm.

On the upshot, the hydroxychloroquine/azithromycin/zinc cocktail seems to be very effective against Kung Flu, judging from some of the results I’m hearing about.

I can’t say you’re missing a lot. The charming, picturesque spots are few and far between. There are much nicer spots on the west coast.
