Huh, ain’t THAT interesting…

Odd isn’t it, that better coverage of the Kenosha riots comes from England?

Gunman, 17, is charged with first degree intentional homicide after shooting dead two BLM protesters in Kenosha as one victim is identified and video emerges of cops giving rifle-toting vigilantes water before the shooting.

The full article, videos, and pictures are HERE, from the Daily Mail. Of note, this article also has pictures of the ‘paramedic’ holding a gun that he was going to shoot the kid with…

Which reminds me, the most ‘active’ protesters appear to be trying to hide behind being ‘press’ or ‘medics’. This has been seen in Portland, Seattle, and now Kenosha. It probably happened in Minneapolis and other places, but I never saw proof of that. And it’s an OLD tactic, used by Hezbollah and others in the middle east. Often ‘dressing’ as Red Crescent workers or having the armbands on.

And Second City Cop has an interesting post, HERE, of people being bussed in from Chicago to the riot.

Now we just back across the pond to Milwaukee…

Two Kenosha County men were killed and a West Allis man was wounded Tuesday night in a shooting during civil unrest over the shooting of Jacob Blake.

Kyle Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old self-described militia member from Illinois, has been arrested and is facing a homicide charge in the Tuesday night shooting.

Touchy feely article, HERE. They were all choirboys, yada, yada, yada…

There are links that prove that Huber had a criminal record, but the other two, I don’t know about.

But, having said that, this was what happened Wednesday night- Bold mine…

As the first peaceful night of protests in Kenosha was drawing to a close Wednesday, a group of demonstrators gathered for a moment of silence near the spot where one of two men were gunned down earlier in the week, allegedly by an armed vigilante.

Full article, HERE from the Chicago Tribune. Makes one wonder if maybe some people were having second thoughts about going out and being stupid? Especially since more pictures came out yesterday of armed individuals on roofs of various buildings, and an increased presence by the NG.

It’s all fun and games until the dude you just toked up with before going out to riot gets ballistically beatified…

DaddyBear put up a post from last year again today, and it’s worth the read. The link is HERE, and I stand by my comment from last year.

And I’ll leave you with this.

Say a prayer for those folks who got smacked by Hurricane Laura, reach out and help them if you can.

  1. I was not very surprised that this happened. Conditions were just too perfect. And it’s only going to get worse as more militias and citizens arm up and try to protect their lives and livelyhoods. Then the anarchist’s guns will also come out in retaliation. It is going to get really ugly (uglier?) out on the streets unless someone can figure out how to stop all this soon. Unfortunately, I don’t have any good ideas how that can be done.

  2. Ray- Agreed, neither do I, other than the cops taking the streets back.

MC- Thanks, was NOT aware of that!!!

  3. I’ve now seen screen shots of first “victim” trying to take his gun before he was shot, and second “victim” hitting Kyle in the head with a skateboard right before he was shot. Third had a pistol in his hand and was NOT shot, then started to point it at Kyle, which is when Kyle shot him. The whole thing is on video.

First was a convicted felon and pedophile who spent ten years in prison.

Second was convicted twice of domestic abuse, including strangulation.

Third was apparently convicted of felony burglary so was a felon in possession of a handgun when the shooting took place. Any guesses as to what he has been charged with?

Also, apparently he was with a group that was earlier seen scrubbing graffiti from business walls.

This is why it is foolish to comment on these cases until more facts come out.

    • The third was charged with felony burglary, but pled down to misdemeanor charges dealing with possession of a gun during…

So the third wasn’t a convicted felon. He was just a known offender who was known to carry a gun during commission of his crimes.

This is what pisses me off about the judicial system. Some wanker commits a felony and does another felony during the commission of the first felony (felony burglary and possession of a gun during the commission of a felony = 2 felonies) yet he’s allowed to plea down the whole thing into a simple misdemeanor charge and this is considered a win for the system and the prosecutor.

      Foul. I cry Foul!

  4. Guess those hiring protesters (advertise on Craigslist)don’t do any screening. They end up hiring criminals that can’t/won’t get real jobs. I doubt any of this is by accident.

  5. Domestic Terrorists. Sigh. Too true. And as usual, the cops are ordered to stand around with their thumbs you-know-where because their civil controllers want the peaceful protesting to go on.

When are the cops going to start arresting the people who tell them to ignore the law? (I know, but one can dream, can’t I?)

The sad thing about this is all the information was known within 3-4 hours of the shootings. Info was out there that the 17yo was at his place of work protecting it from rioters and looters, left, was denied access by cops to his place of work, and that’s when the rioters set upon him.

Identities of the 3 shootees (I refuse to call them ‘victims’) were known, and their rap sheets, within the same 3 hour time span.

All this information was out there within 3 hours for the diligent fact-checker to find. Out there within 12 hours for even the lazy twits at the Huffington Post to find, let alone the New York Slimes.

The leftist media sure knew about Mr. Rittenhouse’s arrest and crowed about it very loudly almost as soon as it happened. But few have reported that within 12 hours of his arrest that Lin Wood, Michelle Malkin and a noted defense lawyer all volunteered their services, set up a legal defense fund and are well on the way to legally kicking the snot out of the arrest and charges.

    Again, from the Daily Mail:

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8672151/Lawyers-Kyle-Rittenhouse-set-legal-defense-fund-teen-charged-homicide.html

I am looking forward to the implosion of the American Media’s collective mind come the night of November 3rd, as it collectively tries to spin a victory for the Zombie-Donk party.

  6. Note the LONG comment below, from the article titled “Safety Drill” on this LEO blog: https://secondcitycop.blogspot.com/

I’m sure Old NFO did a LOT of listening to ‘interesting radio signals’ while logging hours up in those P3s.
The commenter below implies things could get really cute if amateur radio folks happened to forward the radio communications from the pre-informed, pre-staged journalists to their local EMCOMM or 911 dispatchers.

Kenosha getting quieter. Couple of possible reasons but one is the out of the area rioters from WA and OR just stopped off for some “peaceful mayhem” before heading on to DC. Maybe they’re getting refueled and remonetized in Chicago for a couple days.

The “peaceful protests” scheduled for DC is literally their effort to lay seige to the WH up until the election or longer.

    Always remember:

It’s ALL BAIT to provoke a response.

A certain politician exhorted his followers to “get in people’s faces”. What do protesters do? They get in your face, with a bullhorn or their bad breath. Look to either side and it’s a wall of AP stringers with high-$ cameras just waiting for the “shot of the day”, along with every iPhone in the crowd. They want you to react. It sucks but it is what it is. Have lots of guys with vid & spund running behind the front line, so people can hear the insults beimg hurled by “peaceful protesters”. Leak those vids as needed.

Media is 100% complicit. They are laying in wait to crucify any coppers or business owners or ordinary citizens while protecting the 110% innocent and peaceful protesters.

Got a scanner? You can listen in to media directing their circuses:

    Rest of Chicago:

They monitor you guys, why not return the favor? Some of the stuff is eye-opening. Sometimes they even have reporters and choppers up before it hits your feeds. Media monitors twitter and scrapes other social media. USE THEIR INTEL. Record it, let it run as background noise, have friends ir family listen in, get amateur radio types, anybody. More interesting than TV. Share what you find with others so people know where to concentrate listening time.

Find and follow protest livestreamers across the country to understand what is going on and where.

Start making and bookmarking a list of who to tune in to. Multiple streamers have on occasion been shut down when covering things they are not supposed to. Still they can be useful.

For instance, right now (1AM) this one has a lot of streams covering DC and only one in Portland, which looks like a ghost town right now compared to the previous 90 days of riots:

Ask yourself how these so-called “organic movements” can be turned on and off like a lightswitch. Remember CHAZ in Seattle? They took over several city blocks and kicked out LE. Some of their “enforcers” wasted innocents and suddenly, they folded and let the city come in and haul their crap off. That’s not “committed idealists”. That’s highly organized and controlled pseudo-anarchists.

These groups ALL have a lot of dumb kids, and a well-protected and an isolated command and control structure. Find out who is running these “peaceful protests”. Find who is running them.

In the old days, it would have been infiltrated. Nowadays, anyone on the inside has to lay very low until the end, as Soros et al have plenty of fellow travelers burrowed deep into all levels of governments.

Do keep writing them though. Every chance you get. Yes, Crimesha and her fellow enlightened puppets will release them. But build that history. When “peaceful protesters” with long histories start showing up in town after town after town, during disturbances, that builds cases. Even if they are released dozens of times, when they finally go too far that history can bite them.

Plus it’s hell on many future employment opportunities 😉

Companies may excuse a few youthful indiscretions. A record of dozens of arrests makes HR look at them as a risk. Who hires people with documented poor judgment?

Keep an eye on the aging Weathermen-types. This is their last hurrah, and they will not be able to resist passing on their dubious wisdom to their young comrades. Where are their hangouts? Maybe get some folks to peel their eyes and ears.

  7. From what I read, Rittenhouse is 17, under age to CARRY a firearm regardless who owns it, and too young to purchase ammo. So, he may get off for self defense but he faces felony charges on carrying in either/both IN or WS.

    • Nope. He’s underage to purchase a gun. Not underage to carry.

        • That may be a state or local law, but it’s not federal law. In Georgia, it’s legal. I just looked it up a few minutes ago, because I thought otherwise, and was challenged. They were right, I was wrong.

    • In WI, a 17 yro can carry a *rifle* or *shotgun* but not a handgun.

  8. Yesterday, I was given this link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_7QHRNFOKE) to an 11 minute video that purports to be a collection of all the cellphone coverage of Kyle Rittenhouse. A couple of minutes are of him, that night, before the shooting.

I’ve looked at it several times, and it seems to me that there were two different locations where a shooting took place.

Shooting 1. At 2:44, he is seen running across a well-lit parking lot, with someone in pursuit, who throws something at him. At this camera angle it’s hard to tell what is happening, but you hear a gunshot at 2:50, followed by four more a couple of seconds later; three more shots a few seconds after that. This particular video then degrades, as the operator seems to be running. It stabilizes at around 3:10, and at 3:26, Rittenhouse is seen running away from the scene, and the camera operator shouts to bystanders that “this *** ** just shot that dude.”
At 3:38, a second camera records the same scene, but adds no detail.
At 4:00, apparently a third camera records the scene beginning at the time of the first gun shots. Again, picture quality makes it difficult to tell exactly what is going on, but it seems to me that the person who was chasing Rittenhouse goes down at around 4:05, and that Rittenhouse circles around some parked cars and reappears on scene at 4:11. He approaches the person down, as a third person attempts to provide aid, and between 4:20 & 4:26, takes out a cell phone and makes a call. At 4:34, other people arrive on the scene, and Rittenhouse runs, as was seen from a different angle at 3:26.
Until 5:14 on the video, there are close-ups of bystanders attempting to provide aid to the person who was shot. He has a head wound.
Shooting 2. Rittenhouse is running down the middle of the street toward the area where police vehicles are stationed. The first filmed assault on him occurs at 5:19, as someone strikes at him from behind. He continues to run. At 5:24, multiple attackers have converged on him, and he goes to the ground. Some attempt to take his rifle away, but he retains it, and fires single shots at 5:32 and 5:35, hitting a different attacker with each shot. At 5:37, he gets up from the ground, and again proceeds toward the intersection where the police vehicles are parked. There are multiple gunshots fired, but it is impossible for me to tell where they came from. It is notable that ONE of the attackers backs away from him with his hands in the air, after the 5:35 point, and Rittenhouse does NOT shoot at him. As he approaches the police, he has his rifle slung, and his hands are in the air. He approaches two armored police vehicles and a police car, but none will engage him.
At 7:03, another camera records the second shooting; the treatment of the person shot in the arm (as well as his unsuccessful attempt to hand off a handgun to someone), and the arrival on-scene of medical personnel. The handgun, lying in the street, is secured by police at the 9:40 mark. At 9:47 – 9:50, a still of the wounded person holding the handgun is displayed. At 9:51, another camera angle shows Rittenhouse approach police.

As far as the shooting incidents themselves go, the video I saw supported a self-defense plea.
The unanswered question is: should he have been there in the first place? And I just don’t know enough about the circumstances or the law to have a basis for an opinion. At one point in the video, he does tell (the cops?) that he works “over there.” So, maybe the place where the initial shooting took place? I don’t know that.

  9. He’s overcharged. Considering that and the mitigating circumstances that are surfacing, will he walk? Maybe.
And all these “brutal” cop incidents. I think they’ve also been charged with the wrong crime. Will they walk? I hope so.
But cities will burn if they do, and I’m DAAAAMMMMMNNNNED glad I’m not near one.

  10. 17 and he’s already smoke checked three commies. Kid is my hero.

As I was pointing out to some co-workers who should know better, “underage” to purchase a firearm does not mean underage to possess a firearm, and it certainly does not mean underage to act in self-defense!
Also, you may question his (or his parents’) judgement for his presence, but that still does not invalidate his right to act in defense of self!

His legal defense team includes some prominent names, and has set up a defense fund, if anyone wants to donate. I have the links here somewhere…

  11. People only ever supposed that journalists should be spared summary execution on the battlefield because of racial hatred. Sherman pointed out that he could hang them, and that they would then report from Hell. Support of any sort of press immunity is sympathy for the Confederacy, and a desire to restore slavery.

I would note that you could probably substitute Michael Dorn or Mike Dorn for John Brown, and Joe Biden, for Jeff Davis, in John Brown’s Body.

Somewhat more seriously, fighting under pretense of being a medic is grounds for reprisal. In which case, there are basic questions about narrowness of scope.

  12. Somewhere on the ‘net today, I read that the people busing in gasoline and such are from Seattle, from a “humanitarian” group that purports to feed the “protesters” there. Other indications have been that these vehicles are also used to block access to riot areas, and judging by their cargo, their support function goes a long way beyond sandwiches.

  13. All- Thanks for the additional info, and yes, the locals and US Marshals got 9 ‘so called’ peaceful protesters with gasoline cans, ‘enhanced’ fireworks, etc. including… dope! LOL

    Posted from my iPhone.

  14. This is the first I heard that he worked there. That is another point in his defense but sounds like he has excellent lawyers. Useful to know the details, however, so that when some leftist at work spouts his or her opinion (funny how they all seem to do that but if you spout a conservative opinion you are creating a hostile work environment) I’ll be able to at least respond with a quiet correction.
