Wow…

I know Colorado ‘revised’ their WuFlu death toll earlier in the year, dropping it by something like 25%, but this is just astounding!

Italy’s Institute of Health now counts only those who died from COVID-19 has having died from COVID-19, reducing COVID-19 deaths in the hard-hit country from over 130,000 to fewer than 4,000.

That’s a 97% decrease.

“Of the … 130,468 deaths registered as official COVID deaths since the start of the pandemic, only 3,783 are directly attributable to the virus alone,” reports Summit News.

And Rand Paul and Fauci (spit), got into it again today in a hearing…

Sen. Rand Paul and Dr. Anthony Fauci had the latest in their series of tense exchanges Thursday, when the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases appeared before the Senate Health, Education, Labor & Pensions Committee.

Paul has been a fierce critic of Fauci, accusing him of falsely denying that the government has funded “gain-of-function” research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where Paul believes COVID-19 likely originated. Fauci has denied this and continued to do so in no uncertain terms.

Full article, HERE.

Of note, Paul called him out directly, and said the NIH had not only admitted they funded gain of function research, but that the NIH had also ‘conveniently’ changed the definition of gain of function (what a surprise)…

There are some other articles, etc. floating around out there that really make me wonder about when/if we will ever know the truth about ANY of this mess…

  1. Truth is the first casualty in war.

Honestly, at this point, does “truth” even matter any more? We know what our enemies plan to do to us, and what we need to do to prevent it. We just need to get our collective hind ends in gear and do it, before it’s too late.

  2. Locally, they’re standing in line to have their children given the newest, bestest, and safest jab. They even had a local pediatrician on a news report stating how he’ll try to be first in line. I doubt he stays around, when one of the young guinea pigs develop some bizarre ailment, and the parents realize what where it came from.

  3. The final result will be the complete evaporation of any trust.

And, if God forbid the vaxes turnout to be flawed? You can be guaranteed that the Democrats will suddenly suffer from mass amnesia and start blaming Trump for the massive push to vax everyone.

  4. The vaxes will turn out to be ‘flawed’.

When a frail but not prone to seizures person takes the vax, winds up in the hospital with seizures soon after, and after recovery months later tests positive for ‘covid’ (with complications there caused by covid protocol), an observer can conclude that the ‘vaccine’ is not as promised. Of course, this is partly because the promises were suspicious in the first place.

If the super death plague of DOOOOM has been truthfully reported as a corona virus, it should have some of the physical structure of a corona virus. Which implies that it should mutate like a corona virus, meaning like the common cold.

So this handwringing about how fast ‘covid19’ mutates, and ‘unexpectedly’, the vaccines do not cover the recent strains is something that should have been foreseen from the very beginning.

And may have been. Remember, Trump was trying to accomplish restrictions on international travel.

If cold virus mutations are evenly distributed across all human population, working controls on movement over US borders would reduce the effective mutation rate to 1/20. That could be the difference between vaccination being effective in controlling a weaponized cold, and it being entirely ineffective.

The lockdowns, the masking, and the vaccines, we now know, were simply closing the barn door after the horses have left. One of my coworkers on a project, IIRC had been in China before we got going on the project together. He got very sick, and was gone for most of the project, and only well enough to show up for the very final push. This was all in 2019.

I was probably sick after that, and didn’t really notice it, but did in hindsight notice a long recovery period.

Covid19 was most likely loose in the US well before the early 2020 reports of weird out of the PRC. And those reports were well in advance of the lockdown.

Lockdown is pretty clearly some combination of panic, and of dishonest malice.

Even the old vaccine tech had issues. New tech at a minimum risks unknown issues. In particular, spending immune system resources on an outdated pathogen signature, and triggering weird immune system frailties. This vaccine allegedly has issues with brain bleeds.

Vax push purpose, not clear, but there are a lot of bureaucrats committed to it, who are not in positions where incitement to assassination carries an especially stringent additional penalty. Some of these are also in a position where we know that they are defenders of unrestricted international travel, or Democrat partisan shills, or backers of the BLM terrorism, or all three. Many of these can be justly slain.

    • I am both vaxxed and vax skeptical. I do not believe that the vast majority of those under 25 should have a mandatory vax (I think there a few exceptions.)

VAERS should be treated the same way as the covid death count. (Although I’m surprised the downward revision regarding the death count are occurring so quickly.)

What we will end up in a few years? I think you’ll basically be allowed to get sick with covid, be given the drug dujour that lessens the symptoms like ivermectin and allowed to get over it.

    • I got very sick thanks giving weekend of 2019 after working at the different homes of customers who all talked about returning from international travel. This was 2-3 days of being physically unable to lift my head before a long recovery period. I am certain i caught wu-flu then, i was able to return to work in a reduced capacity after a week it took my wife 6 weeks to recover and the children mostly recovered in 3-4 days. I had been hearing murmurs of a superbug in china by Mid-November on my online news sources but no one had taken any serious note of it yet.

  5. As I understand it, the original “COVID deaths” were in three categories: A)directly killed by COVID, B)COVID was likely a contributing cause (comorbidity), and C)tested positive for COVID before or after death. The 25%-ish reductions I’ve read of appear to be simply eliminating category C. I suspect the 97% reduction in the article is by counting only category A.

    • Back about January or February, even the hallowed halls of the CDCs came out with actual deaths from Der Covid to be about 5-6% of the ‘counted deaths by Covid’ included death by comorbidities if the Covid contributed to the comorbidities killing the patients. So the rest of the 94% were ‘Covid antibody positive’ when they died, supposedly.

As to most of the comorbidity deaths, Hydrocloroquine and Ivermectin and… (checks list) rapid treatment for the comorbidities, especially antibiotic use against pneumonia (that is the one that killed most comorbidities) and… (checks list again, doesn’t believe list, checks list again again) allergy medicines, tobacco use, antidepressants, good multivitamins… The only thing missing on the list of things that work against Der Covid is… the Covid shots.

      Hmmmm…

  6. All- Thanks for the comments! And I don’t disagree at all. I’m pretty sure I had it EARLY in 2020, because it took me over three weeks to recover from what I ‘thought’ was a bad cold.

  7. Point of order:
Those people in Italy didn’t all spontaneously die without COVID either, and they had all those conditions without dying until they got COVID.

So this is re-arranging deck chairs.

The videos of people stacking up outside hospitals, or hospitals chock-a-block with the sick and dying, multiple hospitals being overwhelmed, and doctors triaging people over 70 to “wait outside and die quietly”, while letting people under 70 into the hospitals for treatment, because they didn’t have the resources for both groups – like has happened never in modern peacetime history with “just the flu”, didn’t just suddenly not happen.

So let’s not pretend those other 97% died from “something else”. Didn’t happen. They died from COVID plus comorbidities, not the other conditions alone, which exact comorbidities made them a lot more susceptible to dying than people who were otherwise healthy, and got COVID alone.

All this revision tells us is that 97% of the people who died with COVID had a comorbidity, and only 3% of those who died from COVID alone didn’t have any such thing.

So the COVID CFR didn’t drop by 97%.

    Nice try, but no cigar.

    COVID alone CFR did.

COVID killed just as many people in Italy today as it did when originally reported.
Italy is simply acknowledging that a host of conditions gave COVID a great big boost at knocking people off at 15-30X (I’ll look up the exact numbers when I have full access; I’m not at home at the moment) the rate as “just the flu”, with those with significant comorbidities like obesity, HTN, COPD, and cardiac disease, at a tremendous disadvantage.

This is about as earth-shattering as telling me really short people have trouble seeing over the heads of any crowd, and that fat people are easier prey for predators than skinny ones.

And it doesn’t change the COVID mortality rate a whit. It simply bifurcates it into those already hamsturng by other problems (97%), and those whacked by the ‘rona outright, despite being healthy.

This is an exercise in precision, not a revision of absolute mortality downward by 33X.

Telling me people with cardiac conditions survive head-on impacts more poorly than people without them doesn’t make head-on collisions safer, either.

There’s a lot of people who should know better celebrating a non-news item that is functionally meaningless regarding COVID, and a lot of people who are flaming statistical and mathematical blithering idiots cock-a-doodle-dooing because they’re so stupid they don’t know what they don’t know.

Let’s please not fall into either category.
