Scientists in Wuhan working alongside the Chinese military were combining the world’s most deadly coronaviruses to create a new mutant virus just as the pandemic began.
Investigators who scrutinised top-secret intercepted communications and scientific research believe Chinese scientists were running a covert project of dangerous experiments, which caused a leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and started the Covid-19 outbreak.
The US investigators say one of the reasons there is no published information on the work is because it was done in collaboration with researchers from the Chinese military, which was funding it and which, they say, was pursuing bioweapons.

Anyone with the IQ of a popsicle figured out a long time ago that the virus was deliberately created. And odds are a virtual guarantee that it was deliberately released….to aid the DNC in their quest to steal the 2020 election by forcing the US to adopt massive “mail in voting” schemes. Schemes that make vote fraud amazingly easy to commit.
Deliberate release is potentially a questionable leap. The communists are evil and nuts enough to play that game, but with the regime stability issues, would they? Well, it is not valid to ‘rational actor’ model communists when the regime is failing.
I do think the PRC is a little self interested to go to that level for proxies in another country.
In particular, there is little reason to suppose that the DNC had so uniquely strong a need for mail in, compared to every other option available to them.
Now, I was very suspicious that the PRC was driving the 2020 info war, but the US government has implicated itself in some of the acts I had attributed to the PRC. (The youtube stuff.)
Mail in voting, electronic voting, and advance voting are all very concerning vulnerabilities, that eliminate confidence in voting integrity. But, if you control vote counting in key areas, and control court oversight for cases in those areas, you do not have an especially strong need to also have mail in voting, because you can simply add more fake ballots as needed without effort of mailing them in.
The covid stuff was used as an excuse to restrict access by Republican watchers, but it is not at all clear that they could not have done so almost as easily without the excuse.
I think the Biden regime looks a great deal like a PRC proxy. Fundamentally, the California faction of Democrats has been looking like a PRC proxy since at least 2016.
That said, the domestic model for what is going on could still be true.
While the PRC is tied to the cartels, the cartels could be buying both parties without much involvement by the PRC.
The infected bat story probably was thought after watching that movie with Matt Damon (almost a script for how government handled it too the studio could sue for plagiarism !).
The public got played because we thought The Authoritah wouldn’t do that in a world wide scale. Not sure that is the case anymore – too much water under the bridge.
And what is being down played is the US Government part in this report and Dr. Fauchi’s part in it.

The few “accidents” I notice so far seem quite “Useful” to the World Economic Forum’s often announced reduction of carbon and such.

The fact that the research was done in a laboratory that was no more containment than a dentist’s office should have been a red flag.
BTW, this report did come from the British London Times. I’m sure the NY Times will have a rebuttal as soon as the White House constructs it.

The general claims are a pretty old inference.
Specific details sound plausible, but I cannot exactly test them for truth or falsehood with purely my own resources.
Is interesting that the UK and India are not following strict silence where this is concerned.
That cites are heavily ‘sources’ ‘within US government’ is fodder for speculation about agendas.
The idea of voices saying this stuff in US government explains a lot to me. There has been a faction very suspicious of PRC interests, continuing to act or even escalating under Biden. If ahead of time it was strongly suspected that Wuhan was doing bioweapons work with corona virii, then that information may have spread pretty far by fall 2020 and especially by now. In those circumstances I can see a US leader who heavily favored the PRC might have trouble having that followed, particularly if they were weak at leadership.

Chinese in the Wuhan area were forbidden from traveling around China, but there was no problem leaving China for anywhere else in the world.
Supposedly, China decided that if they were going to be hurt by the flu, they were going to make sure the rest of the world was hit at least as badly as they expected to be. They were not willing to take one for the team…, so to speak. One of the problems the Chinese were facing is that East Asians have a lot more receptors for that type of virus, so they knew they were going to be hard hit. Building new crematoriums in the Wuhan area became a big business for a while. Lots of bodies…
