Too funny…

RICO is for more than just ex-presidents…

It turns out that prosecutors can use RICO for actual crimes and not just for left-wing political persecution. Georgia’s Attorney General Chris Carr is using the statute to charge over 60 individuals in conjunction with the domestic terrorism that has taken place over a proposed public safety training center the city of Atlanta wants to build.

“Court officials have confirmed that 61 people have been indicted in a racketeering case tied to protests at the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center,” reports WSB Radio.

Full article, HERE from PJ Media.

This is especially funny since the locals ALL WANT the training ground to go in, because that is jobs and income to the local community, while the opposition is mostly from out of the area, out of state, etc.

Frankly, I’m GLAD to see them getting prosecuted for this and hopefully they get some of the money folks too!

  1. Almost as funny as that “Burning Man” protester whining “…but we’re environmental protesters” as though that should justify everything.

  2. Now, pull in all the people who gave money to the bail funds as accessories after the fact.

  3. The practical problem of RICO prosecutions for January sixth, is RICO prosecutions for January 3rd, and January 12th. As well as for the summer of 2020.

The legal theory of the prosecution toward Donald Trump is based in a fundamentally incorrect reading of the constitution, that seemingly requires a confederate sympathizer or apologist to invent.

What survives inspection is that Pelosi’s operation of the Capitol Police may have been in error, and that the up until now deliberate miscarriage of justice may thus possibly have been a conspiracy.

RICO has a set of crimes that satisfy the test for it to be possible to apply. Ashli Babbit, and certain events of the summer of 2020 may qualify for some of the necessary acts that are more difficult to demonstrate to have happened.

RICO may prove to have always been overly broad, and to have relied on selective enforcement.

We can investigate that by seeing it fairly enforced against all applicable parties.

I’m also in favor of enforcing the magnitsky act against congress.

  4. Personally, I consider the US federal government to be a Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Operation, starting with the sockpuppet at the putative top.

  5. RICO is a MANUFACTURED crime created by the Fed Gov out of thin air so they could charge and imprison people who they were sure committed crimes but for which they couldn’t prove their guilty. In a free country such an abomination would not exist. It’s just another tool the criminals in power use to persecute people they don’t like while ignoring actual crime.
