The video of the perp rushing the magnetometer, gun drawn, and apparently shot a Secret Service agent on the way through.
Thankfully, nobody died, the perp was captured, and none of the administration or correspondents were hurt. Scared obviously, but not hurt.
So this now makes at least ‘three’ tries at the President now. It’s long past time for the Dems to stop playing games and get with the program to bring this country back together!

Having lived through the era of the Tupamaros in person, then experienced first hand what happened in Chile and Argentina in the 1970’s, it is pretty clear that full defeat (up to and including death) of perpetrators is the only thing that stops it (for a while).
In fairness, covid broke a lot of people, and there were at least a couple lunatics with cars that went after Biden.
