Democrats love to scream about the healthcare crisis, how unaffordable premiums are, and that we have to ‘do something’ about it. That solution, of course, is always socialized medicine, which will always make things worse by design. But for people who worry about healthcare costs, Democrats continually vote to make healthcare more expensive.
California Democrats did just that, voting to raise healthcare premiums in the state by up to 97 percent in some cases.

California is already broke, so what do they do? Raise costs on those least able to pay it. I’m afraid of what this will cost my daughter’s for their families, but I’ll guarantee they won’t see a pay raise to compensate…

California taxpayers have revolted at least once, in 1978 with Proposition 13.
I wonder if they will revolt again? The cost of healthcare is something that impacts EVERYBODY, but more so for senior citizens. Get enough old people mad, and who knows what happens next?

More proof that the California machine doesn’t fear or care what living voters want. The fix is in already.
As for the Glock switch, those and the “solvent traps” are coming from China, which always has our best interests in mind. SARC/ Just look at how generous they are in shipping us Fentanyl.
With as little as the totalitarian Left seems to care about revealing their intent ahead of the midterms, I suspec that they they must be planning to steal them in a major way, and don’t care if everyone sees them do it.
Watching the totalitarian States here, as well as Britain, Ireland, Canada, and Europe, I see governments which must plan to forcibly suppress their people, as I see no other solutions for them to remain in power otherwise. Dammit.
I’d say that Kalifornian’s are getting what they voted for.
But I’m not certain that voting actually makes ANY difference there.
Seems the DNC has the process locked down tight so THEY decide who takes office…NOT the voters.

When I see anything about the legislatures, and votes, in any blue state, the first thing that comes to mind is: Who voted? I doubt it’s the citizens, the corruption is overwhelming, and until voting corruption is eliminated, the madness will continue. The expectation that taxing will lead to prosperity won’t end until the imbeciles are removed from power.
I thought Obamacare was supposed fix all health insurance problems. Are they saying it didn’t?
Obamacare was the stepping stone to socialized medicine. Obama himself stated that you couldn’t have socialized medicine in one step, the American people wouldn’t stand for it. But do it incrementally and they will wake up one day and find they are under socialized medicine.
And that is why Obamacare is failing. It was designed to fail, so we need to ‘fix it’ by enacting the next step.

I outprocessed from the USMC at MCAS El Toro in 1973; fond memories of So Cal prior to that. I spent 6 months in Downey CA in ‘81 – ‘82. Already much, much worse. Still generally felt safe, though. However, in a cab leaving LAX following a car towing a stiff and very dead dog tied with a chain around his neck attached to the bumper. Jeez. In the mid-90’s, back there for a couple of meetings. San Diego – so so. LA – never doing that again. Not safe at night. I can’t imagine how much worse it’s gotten in 30 years.
