Pictures, plus taking granddaughter to get her toenails done…

I swear it’s ‘something’ 24/7, and football and cheer practice five days a week…

Of course I can’t find anything in the kitchen, and the kids ‘kinda’ know where stuff is, so every meal has been an ‘experience’ so far! But at least it’s a gas stove! Oh man, do I miss cooking on one! I made them a ‘railroad’ casserole last night and they actually ate it, so I’m happy about that, and got to give them a little bit of family history to go with it.

The contractors are supposed to be here to work on the new siding (fire prevention grant), to put Hardi Board on the house, then repaint it. So that’s going to mean hammering, sawing, and pounding all day. So much for daughter getting any rest during that… And the dogs have to be kept inside to keep them from ‘interacting’ with the workers…sigh…

But she is slowly gettng better. Frankly, I don’t see how they keep up with all the stuff going on! I swear we didn’t have this much crap when the girls were little…

At least they have games to play, so I get to do some writing.
