1661 miles, four days, way too many tanks of gas. And little side trips that seemed always cost me money. But I made it!
It was great to see friends, family, and fellow bloggers but there was never enough time to really have fun or to do anything other than a meal and a quick trip.
I’m calling it a night, so go read the folks on the sidebar tomorrow and I’ll try to return to commenting and blogging on Tuesday.
🙂
🙂 Hope you find the human race far more enjoyable than the rat race henceforth.
Enjoy a well earned rest. That is a long way to go in December weather / traffic.
Home for the Holidays! 🙂
Home at long last! The “we don’t rent pigs” are on the way…
Welcome home to God’s Country. If you ever wander down around the Austin/San Antonio area let me know.
Home!! Yea!!
Congrats on the safe trip…enjoy your new digs! 🙂

I’m glad you made safe & sound, less a little wear & tear.
Relax. Enjoy. Repeat. 🙂
Glad you got-r-done safely.
When the dust settles, there’s a spare bedroom/bath here in Destin, and cold beer in the ‘fridge.
Come.
Get some rest NFO, you can get back to writing books tomorrow.
😀
That number of miles you traveled, was the year my family came to this little Island as part of the original settlers. It jumped right out at me! Glad you made it safe and sound! Get rested and turn to sailor, you’ve been slacking too long!LOL
Glad to see you made it safely! Enjoy your bed, and some downtime puttering around your house and telling work it can go to voicemail that’ll be checked the fifth of never. 🙂
I am glad you made it home safe.
Enjoy the new billet.
Thanks for the update, glad to hear that you made it to your new home safely. Enjoy your newly-found time off, you deserve it. Merry Christmas, belated Happy Chanukah, Happy New Year!
All- Thanks for the good wishes! Now comes the ‘fun’…
Posted from my iPhone.
